“My parcel has not been delivered although Royal Mail said it was coming last Saturday. No option to track the parcel. Called customer service and they said they will chase with Royal Mail, still waiting for a response, still no parcel. The lady I spoke to was friendly and polite but like I said still no response or parcel”

Hi Emily, I'm so sorry to hear this. I can see my colleague emailed you on 16th to say she is waiting for a reply from Royal Mail and their investigation might take up to 3 days. I sincerely apologise for the issue with delivery. We haven't heard back from them yet, but I'll send you an email now with some options going forward.
