“Such a disappointment, ordered 8 vine glasses, paid for 8 glasses, received a leather strap wich i never ordered. Now after i dont know how many emails,it seems like i only receive 4 glasses, if im lucky. Never again thats a promise”

“Parcel Force didn't deliver an important Anniversary item (which is now declared as lost) however, the service received from Farrah & Tanner surpassed all expectation. The staff member I spoke with went above and beyond to ensure that we received the item in time delivered by DPD. Thank you Farrar & Tanner”

“Ordered a birthday present for a friend , it came exceptionally quick , even after choosing to have it engraved. Not only was the item beautiful and good quality, the engraving was as well. It was well packaged and I couldn't be happier ☺️”

“The item I bought is fantastic really great quality and well made . The delivery system tho is a little loose , no regular tracking and came late after id purchased express delivery . That was refunded but in today's market reliability with delivery is important.”

“I still have not received the product!! I ordered a customer product which in theory looks really good and hope the product quality is when I receive it but nothing yet. I ordered it on the 21/06 and I paid for express shipping (1-3 days) with Royal Mail. Nothing yet!! I later communicated with someone from customer service and they “upgraded” my order to next day delivery as it was supposed to be a birthday gift. And yet again have not received it. So I wasted money for nothing.”

Hi Luis, I am very sorry for the trouble with this. I can see the order was upgraded to a Next Day service when you were informed of this, but the parcel has, for some reason, been held at the DPD Depot. I can only apologise for this.
