Hi there, I'm sorry to see this. I can see the team were clear and helpful in their responses to the issue you had with the Knight. We explained that the chess set is hand-carved so the one piece you thought did not match the rest of the set was just due to the hand-carved nature of the product, nevertheless, they offered on a couple of occasions to send out a replacement piece which you accepted and has been done for you.
