“Delivery was excellent, on a Sunday and in two days, very securely packed. The tankard is beautiful and our eighteen birthday grandson is thrilled with it. I can’t make the stars above respond but 5 star in every way.”

Good Morning, Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to see that the box arrived with slight damage to the outer packaging. This unfortunately must have happened in transit as it would have not of left our warehouse in this condition. We have offered a partial refund of 10% .
