Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient customer service representative who answered all my queries in a highly professional manner. “Telephone agents absolutely superb, they really understand their products and very helpful indeed. Packaging and delivery also excellent. However, one problem that I have just notriced is on item SKU; LLGoo32BR11, the name Sophie was on the back rather than the front. You have just enough time to resovle it before Chrismas.”

“The XL gardening gloves I bought were far too small for a man, though sold as men's gloves. Obviously no one your end had tried them on. Waste of a purchase. I wil try to find a female or chlld to take them.”
