“Outstanding customer service. We have received set with minor imperfections. This was a gift which we needed for next day. Customer service team was great during webchat. They have found another set in the warehouse, checked it for any imperfections and sent it next day for 10am delivery to the restaurant where we had lunch booked with our friend who had birthday. Set was delivered by DPD prior our arrival and we managed to gift it as planned. Massive shoutout to all who made it happen. Thank you”
