“I was disappointed with the poor quality of the gift wrapping for which I paid extra. I ended up re-wrapping it myself with proper wrapping paper. The item was also smaller than I had envisaged and didn't stand out as a quality product. Relative to the £125 I paid (including delivery), i was disappointed.”
