“I made an order towards our Christmas meal. Pigs in blanket gravy and stuffing. Arrived on due date well packed. Excellent quality of all products but comments made about stuffings not being moist enough. Not overcooked.”

“I ordered the beef wellington and some sides . Everything was delivered exactly when they said it would and was beautifully packed and still frozen . It all cooked well according to the instructions provided . It was all absolutely delicious . The meat was high quality and so tender . We shall certainly be using Farmison again”

“My first piece of sirloin to roast was good but not outstanding. Considering the high price this was a minimum I would expect. My search for the perfect butcher goes on. The meat arrived on time and in excellent condition. The delivery agent was first class and kept me informed throughout.”

“The sirloin sous vide was splendid, but the duck was not quite what I expected. It didn’t help that I burnt it, but there was very little actual duck meat! I probably had a dodgy one!”

“As we only had 4 people for Christmas lunch this year, we chose one of your free-range chickens as the main event. It was a great choice! Our bird was both tender and delicious. Excellent quality and it arrived well packaged for easy freezing at home. I have no hesitation in recommending Farmison & Co. to others and will be ordering more products in the New Year”

“All beef filets in plastic bags had lots of blood around them. The expensive Chateaubriand usually a nice piece of fillet, was smaller, had lots of liquid and during cooking became a small thin piece. Would not buy it again.”

“I am in America and my mom and stepdad are in UK. I started using Farmison because they delivered during COVID. I continue to order as presents for them because they enjoy the meat so much. Recently for New Years I ordered them a Tomahawk steak. They enjoyed it immensely. If you want quality meat delivered seamlessly, this is the place to order from.”

“I’ve been a hotelier and caterer for 46 years and decided to order 32 day dry aged rib of beef for our family dinner for 10 on NYE together with Nidderdale sausages for the young ones and Farmison’s rich red wine sauce. Superb marbling and reassuringly deep red eye to the joint. It cooked perfectly in its own fat gently and slowly seared from the joint. All said without reservation this was the best roast joint we had ever enjoyed - having eaten joints from rare UK breeds as well as South Africa, Argentina and Australia. Can’t thank you enough. Now just settling down with port and cheeses to watch the fireworks. A great celebration! Mark and family”

“My first visit to the website after seeing a recommendation from a Diana Henry so I thought that has to be good… I only ordered 3 items sausages.. braising steak and steak… They were all excellent…. I froze all three separated the sausages for my husband to use for breakfast and the braising steak for an Asian dish and tonight the steak…. All delicious… the braising steak was excellent often braising steak is tender but stringy this was beautifully tender and not in the slightest stringy… the chauteaubriand was so tender but with flavour which isn’t always the case with fillet steak… I will be returning..”

“I ordered 3 of there chef prepared meals just before Xmas I have to say I was expecting ( with them been chef prepared )to have been blown away but all I can say is they where ok would not buy again”

“l have bought meat from this company for several years. l particularly like the bacon. At Christmas l like the different meat preparations they make at Christmas for example Balmoral cushion made with hoggat. The staff are very helpful and everything l have ordered has come well packed and on time.”
