“Fabulous quality and service. Ordered a turkey crown that arrived exactly on time in perfect condition and having cooked it today it was the glorious centrepiece of our family gathering. Delighted.”

“Farmison & Co truly exceeded my expectations! The customer service was excellent, with quick responses to queries and a smooth ordering process. Prices are fair, especially for the premium quality offered. Delivery was prompt, and the items arrived well-packaged, ensuring freshness. I haven’t had to deal with returns or refunds, but I trust their process would be just as seamless. The meats are fantastic! The lamb sausages were tender and full of flavour, the Jacob’s Ladder heritage beef ribs were incredibly succulent, and the 32-day dry-aged cote de boeuf was one of the best cuts I’ve ever tasted—perfectly marbled and bursting with flavour. I’ll definitely be ordering frequently. Highly recommend!”

“Hi, I made a mistake in the ordering process and looked to change the order immediately but there is no functionality on your website (that I could find) that allows a customer to do so. The options a customer has are to either email or call (both of which I did) but when you are placing an order online out of hours the order is processed before staff are able to intervene . I think it is incredibly unusual for a online customer of any business to have zero ability to change or cancel that order before an order is committed 100%. I appreciate that most if not all of your products are good to freeze but as a response to the issue it sort of misses the point and assumes that everyone has the ability to freeze which I don't. Unfortunately I'll have to reorder another joint for Christmas day at a significant additional cost to me. A great shame as the rest of the experience had been positive. I did speak to customer services who were friendly enough but didn't accept there was any sort of an issue and therefore were unable to provide a solution. Best Tom”

“Farmison products are great quality, obviously more expensive than supermarkets but you are paying for quality produce. The ordering process is so easy and delivery timely with excellent packing and ice bags to keep the products fresh. Wld thoroughly recommend”

“Bought a turkey crown for my daughter who was hosting a pre-Christmas dinner. I was able to pick the perfect delivery date and she had communications all along as to when it was to arrive. It came really well packed. The turkey was of superb quality and even included the giblets for the best gravy ever. Even though it was my daughter's first time cooking turkey, everyone commented on how moist, tender and delicious it was Thank you Farmison. You made her day.”
