Good service. If your going to charge top prices then your product should match in quality. Unfortunately we are disappointed with our order.

I ordered chateaubriand steak, beef dripping chips and peppercorn sauce for Valentine’s Day meal. The steak was nice but I feel overpriced for what it was. The beef dripping chips were greasy and overpowered by the flavour of the beef dripping which spoilt them and made them inedible. Very pricey at £6.95 of which I ordered 2 packs as 1 pack is not enough for two people. The peppercorn sauce was nice but at £8.95 too expensive for the very small pot. Overall very disappointing!

Farmison delivers a great product. However , every time I order, there are items missing from the order. I tell them and I get the same word for word apologetic order and they sort the problem 3 days later. Why can’t they get it right first time around?

Good quality but disappointed that the ready meals I ordered had already been frozen and were defrosted when they reached me (and as per the instructions on the packets were not to be frozen again). All were within a few days of their use by date. I’ll stick with Pipers Farm in the future.

Black pudding was supplied uncooked! How ever their range is worth considering.

Not impressed, the chateaubriand was tender but not very tasty, the steak was tough and the pigs in blankets were too herby for my taste. Not worth the money, I’ll stick with my local butcher.

Produce very good but customer service not so good I was told my order was not available and I had been refunded then it turned up as expected with no explanation , seems one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing , second time I’ve had issues

I have to say that Id did not find any of the dry aged rare breed Beef steaks either tasty or tender. They were not as good as any that I can buy (at a lower price) from my local Waitrose or M&S store. The same has to be said for the Lamb chops as well. I will not be making any more purchases from this source if this is their normal quality.

the wood shavings used in packaging made an awful mess which was hard to clear up

Sirloin joint was disappointing. While very tender, the flavour was a bit off/over mature. Instead of having a rich, deep flavour which you’d expect with a high quality dry aged sirloin, the joint we received was more tainted and just ‘old’ tasting. The joint was consumed the day after we received it and cooked medium. A shame as been ordered previously had been exceptional.

The Kiev has lost a bit of quality over the years.

Whilst the shoulder of pork was delicious, the heritage sirloin steak was disappointing. The two steaks were not evenly cut, so needed different cooking times. Cooked rare, the steak was not tender and didn't have the flavour I would expect of 32 day aged steak. The delivery was faultless and at the time I expected it.

We bought the Beef Wellington. Outstanding taste but the possibility of all round drey crust is extremely poor. Lacking th layer between the mushroom and pastry. Would be much better sold as ingredients

Good quality and delivery but not much flavour on the sausages.

Disappointed with the duck that I bought for Christmas. The ice packs it was delivered with had caused it to be frozen in places. It was a bit tough and I did not think that the flavour was much better than a supermarket duck that would have cost less that 1/3 as much. Hopefully it had lived a better life than the supermarket duck as this is the only possible justification for the expense.

We have always had really nice meat from Farmison having used them for several years, but the food that we ordered for Christmas Day this year (venison wellington) was very disappointing. The freezing and defrosting process seemed to have had a significant negative effect on the food, and despite following the cooking instructions exactly, the meat was very overdone and the pastry very underdone.
