“I have been ordering bulbs from Farmer Gracy for a few years now and am yet to come across any other company that provides the same quality, care and pride in what they do as this company. The bulbs on offer are next to none with some very rare and exotic species. I am always kept up to date as to where my order is. When the packages arrive they are always packaged really nicely with the upmost care and attention to detail with wonderful added extras like the postcards (I have a lovely collection now) of the flowers and a booklet on how to care for the bulbs, which I always keep for further reference. On a couple of occasions I have needed extra information because of personal issues and my emails are always answered completely and very quickly. Anybody looking for quality bulbs and a first class personal customer service need look no further than Farmer Gracy as I don’t think there is anyone out there that can surpass them. I have, and will continue, to recommend them to everyone I can and I will continue to use them in the future.”

“I won't deal with you again because of Evri the courier you use. I've had three deliveries this year, each time knocked on the door, dumped the parcel then drive off, need time to get to the door. If he had the sense to use the heavy brass knocker it would help, instead of his feeble tap on the wood!!”

“Kam alles nach etwas Zeit schön verpackt an, jedoch ist KEINE der 8 Bulbs aufgegangen, sondern es sind alle nach kürzester Zeit vergammelt. Sie kamen schon in einem nicht so schönen Zustand mit teilweise Schimmel an den Knollen an - aber die Hoffnung stirbt zuletzt… naja sehr schade und hatte ich so noch nie, das wirklich nichts etwas geworden ist. Werde nicht noch einmal bestellen und schade um das Geld halt.”

“Packaged well delivered by Sally for Evri. Plants are healthy and nearly all are already growing- Bare roots are good size and individually packed with good amount of compost around them for the journey. Really pleased”

“I don’t expect perfection so I accept the odd casualties, most bare root won’t bloom the first year, have tried other suppliers and Farmer Gracy come out No1 easily and they always are hassle free when I need replacements free of charge.”

“I received 3 bare root plants, 2 dahlias and 1 salvia. The salvia was showing a fe leaves but after a couple of days the plant died. After an email to Farmer Grace I was promptly sent a replacement. Happy to report, all plants growing well. Good service.”

“Always delighted with the quality of Farmer Gracy’s bulbs and bare roots- I’ve ordered a lot! I have been really impressed by their customer service too as they went out of their way to provide advice and some replacement plants so that my summer garden can still be as I’d hoped.”

“After some really good quality products from Farmer Gracy we unfortunately ordered some aquilegia, 2 lots of 3 (per packet). Within each packet there was one good plant, one extremely small plant and that was it for 1 of the packages, the other had just a poor quality 3rd plant. I wrote an email, with photos, I received a reply apologising and stating one new pack would be sent. When this pack arrived it only contained 2 plants. Clearly, no-one checked these packages prior to shipment. Really disappointed and will think long and hard before I order anything else from Farmer Gracy!”

“Disappointed, the plants I ordered were ridiculously small, poorly packed and some were just dust. The tulips are beautiful BUT some of them bear no relation at all to the ones I I ordered, for instance bright orange and red when they should have been a subtle pink. I shan't be using Farmer Grace again”

“From the ordering to the receipt, the bulbs were immaculately packed. Each bulb wrapped with loving care and consideration. When they actually flowered they were huge and excessively beautiful. Don't buy anywhere else, this company is unique and caring.”
