I have been buying plants & tubers from this company for a while now. Excellent communication from start to finish . Lovely packaging and fabulous plants. I recommend this company to all my friends. You will not be disappointed! Well done keep up the good work!

I ordered from Farmer Gracy this spring and whilst the plants took a while to arrive (which is completely understandable as they have to travel such a long way from the Netherlands) I was considerably impressed! They were brilliant when I reached out to them to confirm when the plants would be sent out and the plants themselves were packaged beautifully with sustainable materials, dedicated care leaflets to each specific item and even a gorgeous little postcard. I have bought from many plant retailers in the past and I have to say that I’ve never been so excited to see the plants growing as I have with my order from Farmer Gracy.

I ordered 3 Aquilegia 'Pink Petticoat', I have been delivered a completely different variety. I contacted the customer service, but I have not heard back from them even after a week of waiting. I sent yet another email, but it was ignored as well. I shall not be ordering again.

Will always come back here. I've ordered lots of stuff from Farmer Gracy over the last two years. Their service is prompt and reliable, with great communication. They gave me individual help with items which I needed delivering at a particular time of the month in April, the order arriving on the specific day I had requested. Everything I've ordered has been of excellent quality. All in all a sound company to use. Thank you!

Ordered plants in April. May no plants delivered. Sent emails, no response. Cancelled my order. Won't use Farmer Gravy again. Wasted my time.

Excellent and prompt customer service, quality of plants upon arrival was the best I’ve seen from ordering from a few different places online. I ordered three different sets of plants in bare root form - all carefully packaged and of a very generous size. Will definitely be ordering from here again! Thanks

Love all the plants I've ordered from the lovely Farmer Gracy. All have survived my planting. All the information they send regarding the planting and after care of the plants is second to none. Because you can order plants before they are ready it can be a lovely surprise if like me you've forgotten what you've ordered, and they have never let me down. Great quality plants. I have had 4 sets of plants/bulbs etc this year, I never seem to know when to stop! I really like the sustainability of everything, the attention to detail and, of course, the tremendous variety available. I've just potted up my last order so please excuse me whilst I browse the last of the sale!! Many thanks indeedx🥰

In the past my orders have been excellent, well packaged and good value for money but my recent order was due to be delivered in April and arrived on the 6th May and looks poor. I have planted them but I will not hold my breath. My garden is due to be opened on 16th and 17th May so it is a big disappointment.

Our order arrived in excellent condition and the packaging was amazing. The plants were healthy and in lovely condition. we have just placed another order and will continue to do so. May we suggest that you could also sell basket plants as we have quite a few wall planters that we plant up every year. Thank you Farmer Gracy!

Dry disappointed ordered plants on 22nd April said the ordered was getting put together on the same day and nothing since. And when I sent message told it would be several weeks for a reply.
