So far the orders I have made have been good no problems, just awaiting the last order to flower . The one fault I have is, unless I pay for a card you do not say who sent the bulbs . My friends have had to phone you up to find out who sent them. Why can't you be like the flower companies I use, they have a simple free card, if want a fancy one we pay for it . Please consider a simple free card, to complete the perfect service you offer.

The bulbs that are sent to me are always a reasonably sized and always good condition when I receive them.I must admit and ashamed to admit that I have tried others but Gracy wins hands down they are the best,++! and from now on it will be him I will be getting my plants from !!!!!

I ordered a mix of Alium bulbs to plant last autumn,I'm sad to say not one bulb has appeared....the bulbs I purchased elsewhere in previous years have appeared,but not the Farmer Gracy ones. I cannot fault their delivery however..exellent service...

I ordered 6 different kinds of bulbs in April and planted them as instructed in Miracle Grow potting compost in tubs. None of the bulbs have flowered in spite of following the growing instructions. I am an experienced gardener and also have a degree in plant sciences, so I know how to grow plants. I have never had a failure like this with bulbs, so very disappointed

I ordered an array of bulbs last month, when the order came it was packaged lovely. Unfortunately one of my packs of anemone bulbs was Slightly short on the number ordered, my daliah tuber was smaller than expected with considerable amount of damage (tubers broken off in the bag) as well as being soft and squidgy this unfortunately hasn’t shown any signs of growth whereas my other daliahs are thriving. I also bought a caladium bulb which again is showing no signs or growth at all. Hoping my other bulbs make up for my most anticipated purchases being write offs 🤞🏻

Hi there. I received my order last September of a selection of Tulips. I planeted them promptly and awaited spring 2020. Unfortunately many of the bulbs failed. I have attached a picture of the tulips that failed and ones the grew.

Ordered Alliums beginning of June to arrive in the uk and now it’s the 1st July no sign of my bulbs. Very disappointed in your service. How long does your post take? Never had such a poor service before! Can I have a refund or will you try sending me my alliums?

I have been ordering bulbs from Farmer Gracy for a few years now and am yet to come across any other company that provides the same quality, care and pride in what they do as this company. The bulbs on offer are next to none with some very rare and exotic species. I am always kept up to date as to where my order is. When the packages arrive they are always packaged really nicely with the upmost care and attention to detail with wonderful added extras like the postcards (I have a lovely collection now) of the flowers and a booklet on how to care for the bulbs, which I always keep for further reference. On a couple of occasions I have needed extra information because of personal issues and my emails are always answered completely and very quickly. Anybody looking for quality bulbs and a first class personal customer service need look no further than Farmer Gracy as I don’t think there is anyone out there that can surpass them. I have, and will continue, to recommend them to everyone I can and I will continue to use them in the future.

I bought 15 dahlia tubers. Despite the very cold April & May 2021, they are showing excellent healthy growth. I can’t wait for the flowers later this summer.

I ordered 2 lots of the Agapanthus XXL bulbs at £27 each. The pictures on the website clearly show a very large clump probably at least 50cm in diameter. Well they turned up one was 20cm, the other was 10-15cm. I was shocked especially at £27. I feel the smaller one isn't any bigger than I can get for £10 down my local garden centre. In the end they both went into a small pot. What I find more annoying is that I sent Farmer Gracy 2 emails about this and haven't had any replies.

Ordered my all time favourite imperial flitilaria bulbs couldn't wait for them to grow. Then last week the flowers appeared and Wow!!! Can't tell you how happy they made me feel. Absolutely stunning even stood up to a torrential downpour of all time. Thankyou farmer gracy . Can't wait to order from you again.
