I have been ordering bulbs from Farmer Gracy for a few years now and am yet to come across any other company that provides the same quality, care and pride in what they do as this company. The bulbs on offer are next to none with some very rare and exotic species. I am always kept up to date as to where my order is. When the packages arrive they are always packaged really nicely with the upmost care and attention to detail with wonderful added extras like the postcards (I have a lovely collection now) of the flowers and a booklet on how to care for the bulbs, which I always keep for further reference. On a couple of occasions I have needed extra information because of personal issues and my emails are always answered completely and very quickly. Anybody looking for quality bulbs and a first class personal customer service need look no further than Farmer Gracy as I don’t think there is anyone out there that can surpass them. I have, and will continue, to recommend them to everyone I can and I will continue to use them in the future.

This was the first time I ordered from Farmer Gracy. I was a little worried at first, as no items arrived and no one was returning my messages. But when they did finally arrive, I have been very impressed. Every bulb I planted has turned into a beautiful plant. So excellent quality and I will definitely buy from them again.

Bonjour, Je mets 2/5 pour rester correcte car j'adore Farmer Gracy et j'ai commandé plusieurs fois. Je suis très globalement satisfaite de mes livraisons Farmer Gracy. Mais là, j'ai commandé 3 fois de suite le delphinium que je trouve magnifique et qui irait très bien dans mon massif, mais aucun n'a repris.... Le plan de racine est toujours trop petit et court en racine, chétif et à peine vivant. Vous m'aviez remboursé le 1er, pour le 2ème je n'ai rien dit, et là le 3ème, c'est la même chose.... Quel est le problème avec cette plante svp ? J'ai également commandé un delphinium blanc qui n'a pas repris non plus pour les mêmes raisons. Et pourtant, je les repique dans la semaine qui suit la livraison.... Merci de vos explications par avance.

Dans nos instructions, nous recommandons de mettre en pot et de faire démarrer la culture des racines nues et des bulbes d'été avant de les planter en pleine terre. Cette méthode réduit les risques d'échec en offrant aux jeunes plants un environnement de départ plus favorable : ils peuvent développer leurs premières racines dans un terreau meuble, à l'abri des nuisibles ou de la faune sauvage, et sans subir la concurrence des plantes voisines. I tuberi di colocasia dell'ultima spedizione avevano un brutto aspetto, erano molto piccoli e secchi, oggi, 3 luglio, ho dovuto buttarli perché completamente marci. Non so se acquisterò ancora.

So disappointed in all the root plants I bought , my money is hard earned and I thought this would be a great idea to fill my border . Only 6 plants gave grown out of the 30 I bought, will not buy from this site again

I bought a selection of plants about 8-10 weeks ago, took ages to arrive and were puny to non existent when they arrived. Very weak - I have nurtured them closely in order to get them to survive but not happy with outcomes. Will not be buying from you again.

I am no longer going to buy from you - plants arrive in a very poor state some were mushy and powdery and in fact were beyond saving and on this occasion you did eventually partially refund me for these but the rest of my order I have planted and there has been no growth after several weeks Very disappointed and poor value for money - would not recommend your products to others

Two stars is maybe a bit low but three suggests I'm happy. I have spent a lot of money with Farmer Gracy over the last number of years and for the most part the bulb/roots have been good. The last couple of purchases though have not been at the same standard. I've had a number of plants fail, 2 of which were Itoh peonies which are not cheap. Caladium were among the other plants to fail.

I ordered on 17/06/26 and had my money taken, no email confirmation on the site “shop” it still says being prepared for shipping, I then cancelled the order as it was still hadn’t received an email confirmation 6 days later, that is still being reviewed 5 days later, iv also emailed this store and iv have no response! A very disappointing experience

Bare root plants arrived late and dessicated, out of 4 delivered only one has grown and looks decidedly weak. Customer service have not responded to my request for a refund. Needless to say I shall not be placing any further orders.

My lupin roots have not grown at all. And out of several ixia bulbs I can only see one growing . I have great success with other plants purchased from other sources . So I am really unhappy about this !

First time customer and bought 3 varieties of dahlia tubers. Bargain! Delighted with them. Not too small and all in good condition. Beautifully packed, each in it's own paper bag. Looking forward to lovely blooms.

I've ordered lots of barefoot root plants over the year's and have been very happy in the past but this year was disappointed with some of my purchases as 4 out of 9 didn't grow at all ,not sure if I will buy again..
