Very disappointed with the Thomas E Edison Dahlia tuber I received. Tubers were hanging off and would have no further growth. Those that remained were soft and I saw no sign of any eyes.

Delivery was very quick, the bare root plants looked very healthy when they arrived. The planting instructions were excellent, I am just waiting now to be able to get them in the garden.

I came across Framer Gracy looking for a plant and was so impressed by the wide selection on their website. Peat free but also plant free! I know they sell bare roots but evidence of a sprout on my hosta at least! I ordered a hosta last year and was great. Perhaps they’re busy and they’re sending smaller portions. Other suppliers send proper plants for the same prices. Delivery slow too

The bulbs and tubers are very good. Transaction is smooth. Unfortunately your bare rooted perennials let you down.Out of three one is ok , second may survive with some intensive care and third only fit for the compost. I had this problem again on my last order and this time send you a message. No answer yet. I am better off buying these plants in a garden centre. They are there a bit more expensive, but they don’t need nursing along or being thrown away

Have always loved the packaging and quality of the plants.I had to complain about 2 of the 3 bare rooted plants which were substandard and emailed them. Received a next day reply and they replaced the 3 plants with no quibbling. This is excellent service and I love the little designed postcard included with the order.

I ordered a pack of Liatris Spicata should have contained 10 bulbs only received 5. A little miffed as l can only put on half a display now. All other bulbs and bare roots excellent.

I got all my tulip bulbs from here. What a fabulous show they have been and rather large heads on them. Gorgeous clours. They seem to be lasting too . I certainly would by more from here and reccomend.

Bulbs appear ok; nicely packaged, but clearly beyond their best date for this year, hence the sale! Couple of things that got my goat:1. My salutation is Mr. and no name (rude) and 2. I got a plethora of emails selling me more on special offer but also giving very confusing messages on delivery times and it seemed a long time from placing my order to getting a message confirming dispatch!! Then the package arrived fairly quickly by EVRI , but was the 4.99 postage really warranted -seems excessive for the weight and nature of the package!!

I bought ( at a fair expense ) a number of bulbs from you in July 21. The Narcissus tripolo failed to grow, the tulip Caribbean parrot gave one bloom last year and nothing this year and the tulip charming lady similar. The oxalis versicolour I believe was my own fault as should have planted in a pot. So from an order of £72+ I have had approximately only half growing. I have bought some other plants this year - shall wait and see!
