“Unfortunately Evri delivered my parcel, bashed up and wet, I wish companies would not use Evri. Unfortunately I will not be buying any more online goods because of the appalling way Evri deliver their goods.”

“The most incredible begonias bought this year from Farmer Gracy. I was anxious at first, because they were slow to develop but wow wow wow. Still getting better and better…. And so easy to take care of. Fantastic value for money. Definitely haven’t disappointed. The leaves and flowers are huge. Very happy customer. Thank you Farmer Gracy.”

“I received bulbs about 10-12 days ago with two bare roots. I had ordered them in July. On opening them I noted that the bare roots were so dry that they started to crumble. I opened the bulbs and some of them were full of blue mould. I took photographs and sent them to their customer service along with a note. I have heard nothing from you since. I had to trash most of it all”
