Bought 3 Alstromerias from FG. One never showed any signs of life, one tried, but gave up, and the third is struggling. Never had such expensive failure rate from any garden centre in my life.

2 years running, dahlias have not performed. 2024 complete disaster, my fault so Farmer Gracy tell me even though I followed their advice leaflet. 2025 new tubers and a semi disaster, Lindsay Michelle, complete disaster yet again, 4 others weak from small tubers and one mis-labelled. No, there is nothing wrong with my garden or my gardening skills before Farmer Gracy decides they know best from miles away. Will purchase elsewhere in future.

I won't be buying again, the Dalia that was sent isn't the one I ordered and 2 of the salvias have failed to grow despite care and attention, disappointed

Ordered 17 plants half haven't either grown or stayed alive. Very disappointed as I have been ordering plants online for years and spend a lot of time and money in my garden. Will update once heard back from customer services.

I had 4 positions in my order, and one was a lupine mix. Only one lupine flowered, the rest are struggling. Instead of a geranium Elke looks like I got a common portulac. Not satisfied

I am somewhat disappointed in my order from Farmer Gracy. The quality was just not what I expected. For the price, the plants were small. I have given them a couple of months to take off. The Little Purple buddleia and limonium are doing fine but the Black Buddhist agapanthus are still sad and puny. Yes, I know they take a few years to mature but these are not as nice as those I have found elsewhere. To FG’s credit, they refunded me for the agapanthus that were dead on arrival. I was careful to follow planting for care and position but they are still struggling.

Bare roots verbena lolipop arrived I planted them as soon as they arrived .....and nothing no sign of growth at all .I'm still waiting to see if the crocosmia bulbs decide to grow......I'm so disappointed as generally the plants have been wonderful, the lupins arrived and are growing well

I have purchased a small number of plants from you for a few years. I have been disappointed with my last two orders, particularly the last, so much so that I don't feel like ordering from you in future. The plants I ordered - Clematis 'Mrs Cholmondeley' and Clematis 'Pink Flamingo', were so small that I thought they were not in the packaging. I have carefully potted them on in the hope that they will survive, but it looks as if it will take years from them to be strong enough to plant out. If I had known this, I would probably not ordered them. I am very disappointed.

Hello, I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your Clematis. These are small when supplied however they are a naturally vigorous plants. We recommend that these are potted up until there is established growth, they can then be planted out. I purchased 6 perennials the allium Clair is looking very dead the rose (I know they're tough) a dead looking twig, the geraniums very poor. Treated them as instructed and hope they revive but difficult to rate them until they do.

Tubers arrived well packaged, delivery driver left package outside front door I had No notification they were going to be delivered An animal urinated on the package . Six tubers have failed to germinate.

I was very disappointed that the geranium I paid over £5 for is just a little bit of root. It looks very unpromising and would have thought it should be growing shoots by now.

Very, very disappointed with the Angel Wings plant I received. It was half dead with a couple of straggly leaves.the other plants appeared to be fresh and I have planted them with the hope that they will grow.

I bought a couple of bare root perennials . The pulmonaria was growing green shoots but had been obviously stored upside down! The agastache. was just the chip off a bigger root with a green growing point. They will probably both recover but the condition was much poorer than expected. I phoned customer care and they were absolutely lovely but said that that condition was as expected although they would refund if the plants didnt survive. Fair enough but I would much rather have nicer plants!
