Some plants arrived dead or dying. Quite the palarva to get, in the end, a partial refund. Instead, sent replacement plants which arrived when I was on holiday despite me saying as much. Polite communication but very disappointing aftercare. For this reason I won’t buy from Farmer Gracy again.

I was very disappointed with this years bulb delivery as several Alium bulbs were soft and mouldy and were thrown away.

The plants I received were in a very poor condition so I e-mailed and received a quick response. After sending photos I was given a refund for the worst plants and advised to repot the others. I will carry on using Farmer Gracy as anyone can have bad day and they deserve another chance. All the bulbs I have had from them before have been excellent.

Unfortunately the plants arrived in poor condition. We are hoping that part of one of the red tyme plants will survive. The other two are already deceased.

Had the plant been packaged and marked clearly. I.e this way up. Fragile it may have arrived in a better condition, obviously it was transported upside down in a brown paper bag. No plant pot, it was in pieces with soil loose Planted it but don’t give much hope of it surviving

PRO: I bulbi sono arrivati per tempo, con un depliant molto utile su come piantarli e consigli utili per una migliore resa(un depliant per ogni tipo di bulbo comprato). CONTRO: Peccato che i bulbi siamo terribilmente piccoli, alcuni completamente marci(mollicci e neri).

Limited success with these bulbs all planted under similar conditions. One pot of 3 bulbs had some growth, the others had little or no growth. Very disappointing. Additionally the delivery did not take place as expected, meaning they arrived while on holiday and a neighbour had to take them in.

I have ordered several times and found quality very unreliable. Mostly a pack of bulbs will have one small of poor quality included and with some items they are not even flowering size.

Bought 3 Alstromerias from FG. One never showed any signs of life, one tried, but gave up, and the third is struggling. Never had such expensive failure rate from any garden centre in my life.

2 years running, dahlias have not performed. 2024 complete disaster, my fault so Farmer Gracy tell me even though I followed their advice leaflet. 2025 new tubers and a semi disaster, Lindsay Michelle, complete disaster yet again, 4 others weak from small tubers and one mis-labelled. No, there is nothing wrong with my garden or my gardening skills before Farmer Gracy decides they know best from miles away. Will purchase elsewhere in future.
