Messed up my orders two years in a row..Placed an order in December 2023 after several phone calls received the wrong order in April...From 8 orders over three years five have been wrong late or damaged...thankfully I always got a response on the phone with several refunds..KEEP IT LOCAL visit your local garden center...

My first delivery large beautiful bulbs which flowered well. So happy with them I ordered the following year only to receive a motley collection of tulips of the wrong kind. Thinking that I had ordered too late, the following year I ordered early. These turned out to be all of the same colour, pink. I had spent over £100 pounds and perhaps this is too little and Gracy requires much larger orders. I have'nt ordered since and they have lost what would have been a good customer.

Not so happy as nearly half of bare root plants that I ordered have shown no sign of life. I followed the instructions to the dot. Not sure I would order bare roots again.

I bought loads of tulips from Farmer Gracy and have been hugely disappointed. Normally I buy tulips prepackaged from a garden centre - I had great results with those but thought I could do better with more expensive bulbs. Sadly, most of my tulips are growing poorly, no "display" but a few pathetic straggly things. The 72 symbiose pastels have turned out to be all yellow, not the heady mix shown in the photos. Between Farmer Gracy and Dutch Grown I have bought and planted 762 tulips and have nothing to show for it!!

My order FG1630245 arrived as expected, however the 3 bare roots which arrived were very poor. One I would say has a min. chance of growing while the very small two others were in very poor state and have little or no chance of growing on. All three bare roots were very small and squishy. No quality control at all as they would have not been dispatched. My previous bare root orders have been very good. Not sure why this order has been allowed to pass for delivery. Not sure I will be ordering again.

I'm pretty annoyed and disappointed with my delivery. This is due to the lack of quality control coming from the team. I've ordered from the company "Daffodil trepolo " in various years and they always send it wrong, not the right Daffodil at all. In fact, this is not just happening to me BUT to other customers that I've heard from. After purchasing the "right" bulbs and seeing that you are not getting the right item , it gets frustrating.... Certainly, I wouldn't recommend the company anymore

I ordered the flowers, the delivery date was not written, they did not send it for 1 month, they said it was not the time, they started the discount before my flowers arrived and if I had bought it now, I would have bought it with a 20% discount, I definitely do not recommend it.

Très déçue de ce que donnent les bulbes envoyés.. Seuls les tulipes Rems favourite sont sorties !!! Tous les autres bulbes rien !!! J'ai dépensé 60 euros pour une quantité importante de bulbes de différentes espèces et couleurs et je n'ai que des tulipes Rems favourite .. C'est clairement du vol !!! A ce prix là j'aurais mieux fait de commander ailleurs !!! Les renoncule élégance striato bianco RIEN !!! Les Allium nevskianum RIEN !!!! Les Tulipe Glace RIEN !!!! J'ai dépensé de l'argent pour 3 sacs de bulbes qui n'ont rien donné et la météo n'est pas en cause !!!! Franchement déçue et en colère de vous avoir fait confiance !!! C'est de l'escroquerie !!!

The size of Caladium bulbs are ridiculously small. When you Contact to complain, they simply Tell you to planta them and ser what happens.

This company does not have a customer telephone number, all you can do is email and they takes days to respond. I placed an order, for bare roots. I was unable to communicate around delivery and the plants were delivered when I was not available to plant them in time. I have planted them and they have not grown. There are no written instructions, you have to spend ages navigating the website as there are no instructions on individual plants. Spent over £80 for nothing. Not an ethical company as far as customer service goes.

I’ve been a customer for years, always happy with my plants, but my last order arrived in very poor condition. One perennial was completely dead, I couldn’t even try to plant it as the roots were rotting, and the other is struggling to grow

Was not impressed by the tubers at all they where very small and had multiple tubers broken off the main stem part and just lying in the bag. One variety in the end ended up with viable tuber the rest where damaged. It my first time ordering and it will be my last your variety is so impressive I just wish I could say the same for the tubers I received
