My bulbs came after a long wait and both boxes was dead I could not do anything with them apart from put them in the bin. I was so disappointed as I was looking forward to these as they my garden up.

Purchased a delosperma ice cream orange,arrived bone dry,crumbled into 4 pieces,pathetic looking specimen,looks nothing like the plant that was advertised,

Very nice flowers, however only 7 of 80 seeds sprouted and only 2 of them bloomed but soon died.

Hello, Our orders are shipped in date order with the pre season orders shipping in late August - early September. If you prefer to receive your order at a time that differs to the date on the order confirmation, please kindly contact Customer Care and we can request for the order to be shipped at a later date. Bulbs can be stored and will remain fresh if left in their original packaging, in a cool, dry place. Please ensure the paper packs are opened and left open for storage. I bought several lots of plants. The only ones to come were a few of the Hollyhocks. Checking to see what had happened to the Delphiniums the roots had turned to mush. I am a long term gardener and did not over water. Hopefully the Hollyhocks which have set down roots will flower next year. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately two special bulbs I ordered failed to grow. I notified you and you replaced them and we tried again. Sadly these failed too. I notified you again and you have arranged to send me some other plants in compensation. At all times customer service has replied promptly and done their very best to help. They could not have done more. Other plants I have ordered from you are thriving and happy. I will certainly be ordering again and recommending the company.

Ordered Leucanthemum bare roots in March, delivered and planted in April,flowered June- basic daisy flower not Wirral Supreme. Refunded, but too late to buy similar replacements. Very poor and very diappointed!

second time ordering plants are arrived were not great, after sending emails and phots, two were refunded with some advice to see if the others could be salvaged. I followed the advice and emailed to update them on the lack of progress. Note, at this point i did not ask for a refund as two had previously been refunded for approx 11 euro from an order of approximately 55 euro. The reply referenced the first refund and ignored the state of lack of growth in the new images, one of which was the same dead verbena photographed twice. The tone and dismissiveness of the reply from Customer service was palpable and while i had a relatively positive experience the first time around, this encounter has ensured i will not order again, despite being in the middle of garden planning and planting over the next few months.

After 9 weeks in pots on a warm windowsill, none of the bulbs produced a single shoot. Then the soil over the largest Colocasia bulb kinda caved in - the bulb decomposed into muck. I will never order from this business again. Pretty pictures, though.

Rather disappointed with no response to my recent complaint. Hollyhock roots were VERY. Poor … treated with great care in my greenhouse. No good. Like your response . Aggrieved. M.G.

Not the best experience unfortunately. My original order had an error that was quickly rectified. However, I spent £51.41 on a range of plants to fill my border and despite following all of the recommended instructions, only 4 out of the 17 plants ordered have come to life. An extremely disappointing result.

Ordered 12 May, probably too late, but that's no excuse. I got 3 Phlox 'Olympus', 1 looks like it might survive, 1 really small Epimedium 'Lilafee', 9 Liriope 'Royal Purple' lucky if 3 come up and Liriope 'Silvery Sunproof' another 9 and maybe 4 will come back, they must have swept the floor to get my order, just tell people that you are out of stock rather than sending out these below standard plants.

Most disappointing,poor quality plants and wrong colour scabiosa going pink instead of white as ordered. Will NOT be ordering again. Can do better at our local Cole’s nurseries

Unfortunately my experience with this company has been very poor .Initially the first deliveries arrived in a heat wave and were in very poor condition , forgivable , and customer care were good and refunded me for the plants they couldn’t replace . In my next orders , not only has the quality been poor but they have been the wrong colour plants . After 3 months of waiting for germination and flowering , 4 of the bundles of flowers I ordered were the wrong colour plants, which when you’re planting your garden for a summer wedding is very disappointing . Customer care so far has been good but the quality control has been very poor . There are better companies .

What went wrong, very little of the bare roots came through.spring bulbs were beautiful.i have found customers service very poor.wont use this company again not would I recommend it to anyone.

Seemed like a good deal, followed instructions, but only 10% of the many plants I ordered are showing any signs of life. Will never order of them again. Will alter my review if they suddenly burst into life

The grasses I ordered haven’t grown at all lupins 1 only had roots the Rose is pathetic I will never order from Farmer Grace again
