“I have been ordering bulbs from Farmer Gracy for a few years now and am yet to come across any other company that provides the same quality, care and pride in what they do as this company. The bulbs on offer are next to none with some very rare and exotic species. I am always kept up to date as to where my order is. When the packages arrive they are always packaged really nicely with the upmost care and attention to detail with wonderful added extras like the postcards (I have a lovely collection now) of the flowers and a booklet on how to care for the bulbs, which I always keep for further reference. On a couple of occasions I have needed extra information because of personal issues and my emails are always answered completely and very quickly. Anybody looking for quality bulbs and a first class personal customer service need look no further than Farmer Gracy as I don’t think there is anyone out there that can surpass them. I have, and will continue, to recommend them to everyone I can and I will continue to use them in the future.”

“In the past my orders have been excellent, well packaged and good value for money but my recent order was due to be delivered in April and arrived on the 6th May and looks poor. I have planted them but I will not hold my breath. My garden is due to be opened on 16th and 17th May so it is a big disappointment.”

“Our order arrived in excellent condition and the packaging was amazing. The plants were healthy and in lovely condition. we have just placed another order and will continue to do so. May we suggest that you could also sell basket plants as we have quite a few wall planters that we plant up every year. Thank you Farmer Gracy!”

“I’ve had a really positive experience with Farmer Gracie so far. The website is easy to use and everything is clearly explained, which made ordering straightforward. What really stood out was the customer service. I needed to cancel an order and emailed them. It was handled immediately and the refund came through within minutes. I’ve genuinely never had such a fast, efficient response from any company. I’ve only just started planting, so it’s a bit early to fully comment on how everything performs in the garden, but the bulbs and roots arrived well packaged and in good condition. Based on my experience so far, I’d definitely order from them again. My only complaint is that I want to buy everything and don’t have enough room to plant it all!”

“Purchased ten bare root perennials in early April for delivery in late April. Sadly by 1st of May had not even heard back from farmer Gracy. I contacted them only to be told that my order was soon to be processed and would be put out for shipping in three or four days. This would have meant receiving the plants a month or so later, which in our part of the UK was a bit to late hence we had to cancel the order.”
