Site à fuir absolument: tous les articles que j'y ai commandé furent très très décevants: couleurs et forme des tulipes ne correspondaient pas à ma commande, bulbes des 5 dahlias minuscules qui ont donné une seule tige, touffe d'agapanthes à 26 euros minuscule tout comme l'ancolie. Je jardine depuis 40ans et fais pousser avec bonheur ce genre de plantes..... donc fuyez ce site si vous ne voulez pas perdre votre argent. ..... et retarder vos projets d'au moins un an!

Emaciated Plants (Order No FG821451) I purchased 1 x clump Agapanthus Albiflora £10.78 and 1 x clump Agapanthus Umbellatus £16.17 Combined total 26.95 + vat and delivery £31.94 Ordered on the 9 May, delivery 25 May and no notification indicating when delivery will take place, i found them on the front door step in full sun When they arrived in the post, the plants were emaciated abnormally thin and weak. Clump infers more than one plant. These have since died. Very disappointed

Very disappointed with the begonias they aren’t growing very well some aren’t even sprouting at all

Hello, Begonias normally reach a flowering stage around three months after planting. If they were planted recently, they will probably be very small at the moment but should start to grow more rapidly soon. Bought a number of bare root peonies in one order a couple of years ago. They have now flowered and I have one red one next to a bright fuschia one. I ordered all white! Annoyed as red and pink clash wasn’t what I ordered. Wrote to farmer gracy who didn’t respond to the complaint hence my one star review

Ordered over 200 euros worth of bulbs from Farmer Gracy last January. I potted them up immediately and I'm sorry to say half of them did not grow. An awful waste of my money.

Hello, Hedychium can take a few months to sprout and grow slowly. Please ensure the rhizome is planted very shallowly and in a warm position. Usually they start to shoot around June/July. If the rhizome has turned soft, or you can't see any pink areas (buds) on it, please contact customercare@farmergracy.com. All the best, Farmer Gracy Customer Care

Unfortunately I think I was sent tulip bulbs instead of ranunculus. The colours are similar but this was not what I wanted.

Hello, This is certainly a tulip. Tulip bulbs are large and onion shaped, Rancunulus bulbs are small and claw-like so we would not normally mix these two up. I seen a lot of recommendations for this company and thought I’d try them out, maybe I was late to Dahlia tuber ordering and that’s why what I received was very poor? all of the tubers had broken necks, severely damaged, apparently it’s to do with the machinery used to lift them? due to this the tubers seem to have no eyes are are not sprouting shoots, very disappointed as I was looking forward to a garden full of dahlias this year but that’s not going to happen now as I fear I am too late to buy elsewhere and plant, I wanted a head start and had the tubers in pots in the greenhouse to start them off but sadly it was not to be. I wish I was one of the customers who had a good result buying from this company but for me it’s just been a let down, I did get a refund but that’s not the point, I wanted Dahlia tubers and a garden full of colour, all I’ve ended up with is disappointment and empty pots which I am now going to have to search for alternative plants to fill them.

It appears that you have contacted us and been refunded already - you would have been offered replacements as an alternative option to a refund, as they can be planted up until late May. The tubers arrived on time and beautifully packed, but they were very small and shrivelled. I potted them up immediately, but I don’t think any of the 6 will sprout. I would love to be proven wrong
