I placed an online order of tulips bulbs and once they had bloomed, one set was a completely different colour to what I had ordered online (they were yellow and orange) instead of pink. The company was reluctant to provide an immediate refund and initially only offered a voucher to use online. Another set of tulips from the same original order are blooming cream instead of pink! The company is refusing to provide me with a refund even though I have sent lots of pictures and is stating that "plants are natural and varying hues must be expected". If I wanted cream or orange tulips, I would have purchased them in the first place! On Instagram that other buyers who also had issues with the wrong colour bulbs being provided "they flowered completely differently to expected and not what I had ordered!". Exceptionally poor customer service, which is very disappointing, especially as I have been a loyal customer for 4 years and would have remained so. Avoid at all costs and use Peter Nyssen instead!

I am completely disappointed by them. At the end of March they launched an ad that if we order by the end of March we will receive our orders early April. Which actually was one very big lie. I spent so much money attracted by many of their unbelievably false ads and especially the last one. From one of their regular client their behaviour made me one of their deeply disappointed customers. Please don't buy from them or if you do that keep in mind that delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks after order sometimes 2 to 3 months. And don't trust any of their promises for early delivery - because this is just one big Lie. Please see my correspondence with them below. 1. The email I received after I placed my order on 28 March 2022: Hello Damianka, Thank you so much for shopping with us — your flower bulbs will be carefully inspected and packed by our dedicated team. Of course, we will notify you when your shipment has been despatched to Haywards Heath. When will I receive my order? Please expect your order early April 2. Alina Mae Jones' response after I have asked them where my order was )10/04/2022 I can see that your order is being processed right now and is scheduled for delivery with the next shipment. You can expect delivery in mid-late April. Don't trust them a single word!

All summer bulbs are shipped between mid February and May at the correct planting time, we always deal with preorders first at the start of the shipping season and later orders are shipped afterwards. Very disappointed with the ranunculus. Unlike other seed companies I deal with they do not guarantee their products. Lesson learnt there. The anemones all have flowered but nothing from the ranunculus. Followed planting instructions to the letter, including pre soak and planting claw down. Will not be using again

It is now spring and the bulbs I bought from Farmer Gracey last year have now all performed. Most disappointing of all are the fritallaria imperialis, which not only are not variegated, as ordered, but sparse of flowers. Two lots of muscari andother bulbs just haven't appeared. I am gardener of many years experience, will never again buy from Farmer Gracey.

Second Iris order. Complained about first, got a substitute and apology so risked another order. Same. Small, dry shrivelled rhizomes, no leaves, few roots. No doubt I will nurse them on but compared to other Iris suppliers totally failed. I expect a good bare root 2"÷ with at least 3 inches of green leaves for the same price eg Cayeux of France, although £4.50 is their lowest price but still there. Happy to provide pictures or post on fb especially in Iris groups. Come on you big guys, you have some great plants, do them justice.

I bought a bulb after seeing that the plant likes full sun. It even says to on the pack. But the growing instructions say that it does not like full sun. I feel really ripped off!

Product and service is good but the amount of spam is unacceptable. It is every day the same e mail multiple times I have e mailled and unsubscribed loads of times . Do not use this company unless you want spam!

Very disappointed indeed. My definition of a 'cutting' would include roots. Not a dry stick. The bulbs and tubers I received were well packed but I think I paid way too much for them. Took such a long time for my order to ship. One of the items was sprouting. So I am rather dubious as to how long they were lying in the packaged condition. I would not buy from this company again. I am a keen gardener.

Hello, The most reliable way to grow Plumeria is with an unrooted cutting, they are very fragile and transporting them with young roots and top growth would easily upset the plant. The cut end of the cutting should be dry and it needs to be planted like that as per the instructions (link below). https://www.farmergracy.co.uk/pages/planting-instructions#plumeria Please note that some bulbs will start to sprout at this time of year, however they will continue to grow normally once planted. None of the Chionodoxa forbesii grew so no show at all, very disappointed. The rest of the other bulbs I bought at the same time came eventually but after the ones I already had.

really disappointed with the bulbs this year. Ordered Tulips, Anemones etc. Half the bulbs haven't come up and the the ones that have are a shadow of what was promised.
