Honestly, I’m appalled at what was sent to me, these are supposed to be quality Dahlia tubers? all of them have broken necks, every neck is severed on them, there’s absolutely zero eyes, one of them has spots of white mould on it, another is soft and rotten, one has damage to multiple tubers where it looks like they’ve been sliced through, is this the best your company can send to customers? it’s like I’ve been sent the dregs that’s scraped off the bottom of a container, not good enough. Arrange a collection for these please, I’d like a full refund. Incredibly disappointed it won’t let me upload multiple photos of how bad they all are either!

Ordered a Colocasia 'Pharaoh's Mask'. A £35 bulb! Received a pathetic tiny 1.5cm bulb. Complained, was told that the listing was initially incorrect. They then sneakily changed the 'size guide' of the bulb on the website and added a picture of "what to expect" which was still 2-3x bigger than what I received. I was expected to return it for any financial compensation.

Hello, Colocasia 'Pharaoh's Mask' is a brand new variety and the bulbs haven't yet matured into large bulbs. But it is fascinating plant and extremely rare. If you do not wish to keep the bulb, of course it can be returned for a refund. All the best, Farmer Gracy Customer Care

Very disappointed with the quality of the plants I received. I made a complaint, and was told basically wait and see. I will not be buying from them again.

Hello, If you have concerns about a plant, please do contact us by emailing customercare@farmergracy.com and send a photo if possible. Normally a replacement will be sent is a plant has arrived in poor condition. If it has already been planted, you can of course get back to us later this spring if the plant in question doesn't grow. I bought a bag of mix renuculus and enanamy which I was very excited about. I planted both. The renunculus bag all rotted except one plant. The enanemy still hasn’t sprouted yet so not sure about that. I have to assure you that I followed the instructions for sprouting them , but unfortunately they rotted. I bought other batches from Wilko but they have sprouted and doing well. So not happy about the renunculus.

Courier delivered to wrong address and 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for a replacment parcel which has substitutes. I won't be back.

Your bulbs arrived in a sorry state as they had sat in the depot over here as the courier for our route was off sick with no replacement according to the driver who eventually handed them over to me in a completely squashed box (see photo) the courier also took.a photo which should be held on record. Sadly the bulbs did not survive the journey intact with some of the growing points squashed and a couple snapped off at the top. I have registered a complaint with the deliver company and hope that they will pay you to resend the order and that they don’t play football with the parcel this time and instead treat the contents like the living thing they are.

Your products are good but your delivery couriers are absolutely rubbish - they ignore redirection instructions and just dumped our order outside the house when we were away for a week - needless to say they wer3nt there when we returned!!!

Our parcel was not delivered (although we were at home, so we don't know how we could have missed the delivery - a pity that they didn't call us). Afterwards, the parcel was sent back to you... so no idea what will happen now... hopefully we will get refunded. We are really sorry about all this because we were looking forward getting these bulbs,

I have just received my peony yellow crown XXL the picture shown on the website is quite impressive . Being held in two hands . What I have just received is nowhere in comparison , not even close for almost £30 , not good, not good at all, I will asking for a refund

We ordered Ranunculus bulbs from Farmer Gracy in the spring. They were planted after following all the instructions and recommendations. Not one has sprouted. No evidence of any growth, shoots, leaves or flowers. That was in May. We won't bother to order from them again.

Hello, Lily of the Valley are planted in spring, close to their flowering time, so they usually don't flower in the first year. They should produce leaves for the first year and then will flower from the second year onwards. All the best, Farmer Gracy Customer Care
