The delivery was terrible. I asked for bulbs to be delivered to local store. Received photo of delivery apparently to a broken down shed. Not local Tesco. Then found the bulbs had been delivered to my house and taken in by a friend. Cannot contact Evri to complain. Ok

I am yet to be able to comment on the bulbs as the delivery company Evri decided to leave my parcel outside someone elses front door and then say the parcel had been delivered. I contacted Farmer Gracy about this and they sent me the same pictuer (i.e. not my front door) and a Google Map showing the position of the parcel (not my house) and effectively told me to go and look for it. Not the level of service I would have hoped for or expected. I will not be ordering again.

Slow in delivery and when asked to take me off their mailing they just hav'nt bothered I am still getting emails from them my advice is to use a local garden centre

Replacement bulbs have turned up so we shall see but overall from my initial order I am totally disappointed and I’ve had very little success with anything. Would not be ordering again.And your illustrations and online brochure do not seem to be matched in anyway but the quality of your goods.

Once again your bulb delivery was let down by the courier Elvi. As I was away I asked for my delivery to be left in our wood shed. This was ignored and the package was left at the front door in the rain. The cardboard box was sodden at the bottom. As a result 6 out 9 bulb packs were damp. The bulbs had mould on them when opened. I'm sure this is as disappointing to you as it was to me.

I will never buy from Farmer Gracy ever again. I was charged for the bulbs when I placed the order. When I buy in this country I am charged when the bulbs are shipped. I am not a bank, I don't want to finance you.

I bought what was supposed to be a Gloriosa 'Rothschildiana' which turned out to be a Gloriosa 'Summer Breeze' (when it bloomed). Very disappointed. I also bought 3 of the Gloriosa 'Summer Breeze' but only 1 sprouted. Very disappointed. I did wonder if I did something wrong but the other Gloriosa (Rothschildiana aka Summer Breeze) that I also bought from Farmer Gracy (as mentioned above) and other Gloriosa rhizomes that I bought elsewhere all sprouted, grew and flowered without any problem.

All the bulbs I have purchased are in excellent condition when they arrived this week also good sized too ,thank you for the way they are packed in individual bags each named! Looking forward to a great displays.

The packaging is cute, but thats the only thing positive I can say about my order. First they didnt ship them in the time they promised. So it was already pretty late in the season to still plant the bulbs. But from the 14 bulbs that I bought and planted only 3 came out. My own Dahlia bulbs and bulbs that I bought at other stores are all flowering right now. I wont order here ever again.

Very dissapointed, ordered quite a lot of perennials, begonias corms, etc, was well looked after in this climate. Begonias either rotted or just beginning to shoot and we're very small, poppies arrived in bad condition, replaced, but did not develope. Perennials in poor condition. Spent a lot of money will not be ordering again as 50% were not good quality

We spent alot of money on our mothers birthday present. She is a very experienced gardener who lives in Glasgow. We took the bulbs up when we visited, she was delighted with them. we have now come to visit again and was very disappointed as none of them grew or came to anything except one that grew but nothing like the picture and significantly smaller than advertised. What a shame as we thought this would have been the perfect gift for her.

Follow up complaint. So Farmer Gracy is now telling me Ranunculus is an annual not a perenial? Remaining three dahlias have failed. m.leech

Hello, Thank you for your review. Ranunculus tend not to flower reliably from the second year. From the second year, fewer of them will return and the flowers may be smaller. It is necessary to top up with new Ranunculus bulbs each year to maintain a good display, similar to tulips. We're sorry to hear that some of your dahlias have failed to grow. Description of agapanthus clump incorrect. It has not flowered this year despite comments on website that we would be rewarded with blooms this year We might as well have purchased other plants ( not clumps) which were much cheaper and waited for next year for flowers.

I purchased begonias earlier this year, plenty of leaves and out of my 15 corms I have got 1 flower, was expecting lovely flowers to show off on my pots. I don’t know how to take and send photos but could get my daughter in law to do this for me when she is next here.

I purchased a Scadux Multiflorous bulb and followed the instructions closely. I used the best potting compost, plenty of drainage, planted the bulb to twice the diameter of the bulb and kept the soil moist as instructed. All that happened is the bulb became larger, but never sprouted. It now appears to be going rotten.

Hello, We're sorry to hear that your Scadoxus bulb may be rotting. Scadoxus normally remain completely dormant for a while and then start to sprout in July or August. Ordered 40 Ranuculus March 2021, several failed to germinate, received partial refund. This year none of the remainder have survived. Ordered 7 dahlias autumn 2020, they 'cocked up' delivery so I ended with only 5. Mediocre plants/flowers during 2021, this year at least two have not survived, not hopeful for the other three. Previous Wilkos purchases doing fine in same soil/conditions. Very very dissappointed in Farmer Gracy products overall, will not purchase or recommend in future. m.leech

Unfortunately had a total failure with these. Not a single anemone. I gave some of my bulbs to a friend and she had the same disappointing experience. The other varieties of anemones I ordered did well in the same conditions. A shame but have had many positive experiences with Farmer Gracy bulbs/
