Disappointed didn't expect to literally get a root I thought it would have had a bit of growth spent £44 and have just got 6 roots

Bare roots can take a season or two to get established, but will then go on to reward you with bigger blooms every year. Ordered bulbs in May 2021 for September delivery, which didn't arrive. I was subsequently assured that the bulbs were in transit, only to be told in November that the shipment was lost and that, understandably, most of the items were no longer available. Disappointing.

The tubers were badly damaged, the person who picked the order wasn’t paying attention to what they were doing. I had to cut 80% off, I might be able to salvage something hopefully, very disappointed with the quality of tubers dispatched.

I ordered a canny, believing in the fairness of the company. Unfortunately, the cannas got to me in a very bad condition. Some of them are rotten and will be thrown away. I sent a message on this, no reply. Sławomir Turczyk

I bought 7 packets of 10 each Ranunculus bulbs from Farmer Gracy, and three from another supplier. I could not believe the size difference between the two and how small the bulbs from Farmer Gracy are. Pic attached. One bulb literally had three legs to it but I didn't use as the comparison in the photo as in fairness, it was the only one. But the photo bulb is a fair representation of the rest in all the packets. Given that, in the case of Ranunculus bulbs, size really does matter, this will be the last time I buy from this company. These are NOT top quality bulbs by any stretch of the imagination.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We stock Ranunculus varieties in two different size categories. Italian Ranunculus Elegance varieties are listed as size 2/3, which is typical for this strain. Standard Ranunculus (red, pink, yellow, white) are much larger at size 7/+. Both ranunculus types flower well in their first year, regardless of their size difference. My Amaryllis bulb arrived in a box without any packaging at all to protect the bulb - the bulb was just dropped into a cardboard box and sealed up - unsurprisingly the bulb suffered in transit because of this. I can't understand this complete lack of care with my order.

Unfortunately they use Hermes. This is the worst delivery company imaginable and I never received my bulbs.
