I never received them as they went to my old address 14 kenbann court instead of 14 chelsea street bt4 1ds I would be grateful if you can resend to my proper address many thanks Gail Chambers

Have tried twice to deliver after ordering as early as mid May. Now October and still no bulbs, no contact from Farmer Gracy and no apologies. Wouldn't use them again

10 tens gone since being told my order is on the way and according to the tracking details it says still waiting for parcel from sender. Not looking good.

Very sad to say, I've not received my order, it seems to be lost somewhere. The delivery company has found the address to be incomplete or wrongly written and although they can assure it's been delivered, it was definitely not in the address I asked to. I 've checked the address I filled in on my account and it' s correctly written, so I'm afraid the has been some kind of mistake. I'd like to hear from you to find a solution as soon as possible, as I'd long to receive my bulb order. Thanks in advance

Ordered Alliums beginning of June to arrive in the uk and now it’s the 1st July no sign of my bulbs. Very disappointed in your service. How long does your post take? Never had such a poor service before! Can I have a refund or will you try sending me my alliums?

As clearly stated on our website, our Autumn planted bulbs will be shipped in Autumn, from September 15th through December, until stock runs out. It's the perfect planting time for Spring bulbs. Whilst there deliver service and packaging were good of the bulbs I ordered. Planting instructions were poor and apart from the crocosmia everything was dried out to point of being dead. 3x colocasia - all have failed 3 x bearded iris - 1 survived. The other 2 so dried & small as to be DOA 3 X habenaria - they look like cotton wool buds/fluff rather than corms . DOA 10 Crocosmia lucifer - so far only 3 of those have germinated, but i live in hope. Very disappointing.

Received some bulbs were rotten emailed customer services three times now and also sent a picture and no replies at all shocking customer services, disappointed as they were packaged and packed well and I spent a lot of money!

I am not writing this review for any gains just to let you know that the Dahlias purchased earlier this year is very poor. Out of the order placed there has only been around an 40% strike rate, the poorest being the Cafe Au lait. I have been purchasing from Farmer Gracy for I number of years now and have always sung their praises but something clearly went wrong with this batch.

Less than half the things purchased have grown, total failure of all gingers and dahlia honka. As they say on the website there is no guarantee that anything will grow so pointless contacting them. Very disappointing.

Nothing worked for me except Dutch Iris Discover, gladiolus dancing doll. Very pathetic spent £50 on all these but went in vain.
