when i got my begiona tubers they were not cheap but looked the part good size but when it came to growing they were tota rubbish a bout half of them were blind no buds and when i told farmer gracy they were to replace me with a replacement order but you guessed it they never came so save your money and growing time stay clear

I ordered pendula begonia mixed from you for the second time the first lot was6+ but this lot is more like 3-4 half the size of the first lot,i know its the end of the season but not very happy .

requested orange and apricot begonia corms (9) only 3 are flowering and they are dark pink to red. Sent in a complaint no response. Will not use this firm again customer service zero

It is with great disappointment that I have to inform you that Peonia ruths: only 2 over 3 are growing Ranunculus bulbs: white only 4 and pink only 8 are growing. My worst purchase

Disappointing, only 7 out of the 12 bulbs ordered are showing and signs of life. And these were the 7 that already had small shoots on arrival! You expect the odd one not to grow, but not nearly half! All planted exactly as per the instructions.

Ordered 6 , 3 arived moldy and never grew, I followed all instructions, I am not happy. Other bulbs from garden centre grow very well.

They use Hermes . Hermes managed to lose / delay delivery of my order. Then they tried to deliver a damaged parcel at least a week late. The contents were missing. The delivery driver tried to dump the package and leave. Perhaps worse of all when I complained I received an unacceptable excuse for an unacceptable service. Mistakes happen however covering them up is not helpful and, for me, not acceptable. I will not be using this service or this company again.

Bulbs arrived at the end of last year in a very poor state, these were replaced, however come April they are all blind, how disappointing. What a waste of time and money. I will not be using this company again. I bought some bulbs from the local supermarket at a quarter of the price and they have flowered to perfection, sad to say you don't always get what you pay for.
