“Delivery delayed 2 weeks, no contact hadn't even tried to redeliver. Shouldn't really accepted delivery, unsure if bulbs will be OK, given how cold it has been. Lillium not looking great. Wont be ordering again.”

“They certainly looked liked bulbs, but how can I review their flowers when I have not as yet planted them. You would have to wait until the Summer of 2019 for that! The rating is only a note of acceptance.”

“I ordered ranunculus and initial germination was poor so I complained and got told to wait a few more weeks. I planted out the few that germinated but they came to nothing. 60 corms and zero flowers. Poor customer service too.”

“Order FG15291 Crocosmias I planted the bulbs as normal a month ago in four different places in the garden. As there was no visible sight of them yesterday I checked a couple and found none showed any sign of development and several were soft with white spots on them This is the first time this has happened to any bulbs I have planted in spring or autumn. I did order a second batch but am reluctant to plant them until I have an explanation and know whether it is now too late for planting this year Unfortunately I did not photograph them.”

“Very disappointed in the Tigridia pavonia bulbs which arrived a few days ago. I found both bags (15) in each to be infested with white fly, still very much alive ! The overall appearance of the bulbs was not what I had come to expect from Farmer Gracy either, very poor quality. I look forward to hearing back from you.”

“I ordered just 6 "Top size 6 cm+ begonias for delivery "within 10 days". With postage I paid over £2 per tuber and expected a premium product. I had to wait 16 days for small undersized tubers. I sent a complaint e-mail but got no response. ("we will reply within 2 working days".) When I chased up the tardy delivery, FG said "it is beyond our control"!! So I suppose the small third rate tubers are also beyond FG's control. Whilst waiting I bought 6 similar tubers from my local shop for £4!!, and at least these were firm. This was my first and last order from this company, just as well I only placed a trial order.”

“I placed my order on the 7th of February. I've got a message to expect it ''by March'' which is quite long.... I still haven't received it and it is the 5th of March. Shipping from Netherlands to Ireland shouldn't take more than a week and it is very poor service if you hold off for nearly a month.”
