“The smallest tubers I have ever seen. Not surprising they didn't grow. A waste of over £20. Rubbish!”

“I bought a Colocasia tuber advertised as having a minimum circumference of 14cm but it was only 8.5cm. I have complained and await a response. The bulb looked rather desiccated too.”

“Was told on 8th April that order was "on its way", and still haven't received it. Hermes only received parcel on 18th April, so who knows when dahlia tubers get to me or what condition they will be in.”

“after 14days of placeing my order it still has not arrived I am a regular buyer online and my orders always arrive between 5/7 days of placeing my order , so not happy at the moment”

“ordered product but never delivered. found credit on my credit card without any email of explanation. upon asking why, the response was that their explanation had probably gone to my spam box. WONT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!”

“Placed order months ago eventually received notification that it had been dispatched. Made additional purchases of pots compost etc in which to plant the plants ordered, waited with anticipation for weeks only to be told that my fees were being refunded, no explanation no apology. Very disappointed, poor communication and very offhand.”

“Appalling service, I am still waiting for my product to arrive despite ordering weeks ago. They then offer 30% off on the same product, when mine has not even arrived. I communicated with them before and they assured me that the stuff was prepared and sent out. This is a sort of scam to get you to buy with a false promise and I will be reporting them to Instagram, where I first saw the ad.”

“The ranunculus claws I ordered came really late in the season (MARCH) and were teeny tiny. I pre-soaked for 2 hours like the ones I bought elsewhere and planted in autumn (now nearly flowering) and instead of plumping up nice and fat they stayed tiny. No sign of any shooting yet. Poor”

“Crocus bulbs were received yesterday. Was hoping to plant in lawn to naturalise but will have to put in pots for now and hope for the best. I am shocked that any respectful supplier would send out bulbs in such a state. I certainly won't be buying from them again”

“I shall not know about the tulips until next year. However, the promised delivery (to my address in France) was below all expectations. No effort was made to deliver to the stated address. Notification was sent by e-mail to the effect that a further e-mail would be sent when the order was available for collection at a collection depot involving a 5 mile round-trip. No second notification was received. The depot was located further from my home than the nearest garden-centre. IAH (Oct.2018)”
