Hopeless.. Suggest they don't use Hermes for their delivery company in the future.. Orders don't turn up and can't get any help from Farmer Gracy or Hermes. I picked the wrong company this year to buy my bulbs from won't be using them next year. Big let down.. can't believe the Merchant Metrics on the left side of the web page 'Average Delivery Time' - Next Day pfff

My first and last order with Farmer Gracy. Amaryllis bulbs were missing from my order. Bulb of choice was no longer available so had to accept an alternative or be credited - another 11 days to wait, thee are for a Christmas gift. The Fritillaria bulbs in my order were dried up and un-plantable see photographs. Customer services were unhelpful they would send a replacement or I can have a refund. It will take yet another 11 days to receive this order. What a waste of time and effort on my part. I thought I was buying the best but I was so wrong. Lets see what their customer service response is !

Late in the season, bulbs can start to deteriorate quicky. Occasionally mistakes can happen but we will put things right straight away with replacements or a refund. When stocks are low and preferred choices are no longer available, we offer a choice of a replacement alternative variety or a refund. It’s all very well having lovely packaging and being on time but the quality and size of my anemone and ranunculus corms was extremely disappointing. I know they swell when soaked but even so, I do not think they are worth the effort and space of planting. I am sending some back so you can see them. Tulips were fine but I will not buy from you again.

The Italian varieties are naturally a smaller bulb than standard types but do produce a great show and extra special flowers. Bulbs sizes are noted at the top of each product page. Sorry for the delay in reviewing, just found this in my spam folder. I am very unhappy with one of my purchases and your response to my complaint. I brought two Amaryllis bulbs for £8.85 each. They were advertised at 32-34cm bulb size but came to me at 28 and 30cm – way under expected size. Your website talks about the importance of quality and size and I know these bulb will not produce anywhere near the flowers I should expect. When I pointed this out I was told ‘we have many happy customers and these bulbs should “do well”. A reputable company would have said ‘sorry about that we will send you what you ordered and collect what we sent you’. I can buy bulbs much bigger in any garden centre for about £6, yet I came to you expecting premium quality and size and a good service, none of which you gave me. This company is a disgrace.

We are always happy to replace bulbs if they arrive in poor condition, we are confident that your bulb is healthy and will produce a good show. However we would not want your experience with us to leave you disappointed so have arranged for another bulb to be sent to you to plant alongside the others and enhance your Amaryllis display. Hilarious to be asked to review when, having paid for the item, I was then told it had ‘sold out’. Fair enough I was refunded the money, but take me off your system, ey? I’m unlikely to be buying anything else from you.
