Quality was excellent as usual, however I was disappointed to find only 19 out of a bag of twenty iris Blue Note and one of those 19 was dried out and not going to grow. I planted them anyway. I don't usually mention such a minor issue but I always commend Farmer Gracy as being better than most so I thought you would rather know than not.

Disappointing they are not in individual packs. Bought as gifts but can’t give bare root bulbs . Expensive error

I realize that the weather has not been good - but bulbs that flowered well to start with last year have been very poor or failed to flower again anemones, ixia, gladioli and allium. Also in the order I have just received several of the packets did not have the correct number of bulbs - they were missing. I am disappointed.0

We received 50 bulbs to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately 3 of the daffodil bulbs were rotten. We contacted the company with photos of the said items and eventually they kindly sent us a replacement pack of 10 bulbs. Again unfortunately 3 of these bulbs were rotten . We did not require any further replacements but highlighted the problem to Farmer Gracy who said they would now check with the packers and distributors to ensure no further problems arise.

Such a long delivery time and the box that the bulbs arrive in is usually damaged. I’ve ordered 3 times from here but not sure I’ll bother again.

I was a bit disappointed. I had ordered the Marisol collection of alliums, (25 allium azureum and 25 allium Moly). They all came in the same pouch, not separated. There were 24 bulbs pale in colour, circular shaped and slightly larger than 24 much smaller, darker and oval shaped bulbs, plus a piece of chipped pale stone. Since Moly would be a taller allium than Azureum I planted them accordingly and followed the instructions. Having the different bulbs in separate pouches would have been better. I hope that the results will not disappoint.

The bulbs look good, and I have planted them. Unfortunately as you use the courier firm Evri the delivery is poor, I only received my bulbs because I contacted your customer service contact who was brilliant, I received my bulbs 24 hours later, however if I hadn’t contacted them I wouldn’t have received them at all, I strongly suggest you change the courier company you use for deliveries in England. Nicelp packed and in good condition at time of arrival. It remains to be seen whether they are what they say they are! Rating is low at the moment as this important aspect remains unknown.

No problem with ordering the bulbs I wanted it was the delivery side that let the process down. As soon as I saw Evir was delivering the goods I knew I would have problems, did not deliver on the date they said and when the parcel was delivered it was just left on the door step all night although I did leave a message to put it in safe place. Not a good service again from Evir.

I cannot comment on the performance of the bulbs l purchased yet as it is to soon, but l can say that l thought there was far to much unnecessary literature with them that is wasteful and bad for the planet and environment. I feel there is only need for planting instructions and not for postcards, thanks yous etc. I would have given a higher rating if l hadn't received so much "waste" that simply went into the recycleing.

Last year my tulips were poor . Debated if I planted too early mid October .

Tulips are typically very reliable bulbs and like to be planted when temperatures are cooler, the optimum time to plant tulips is between mid October and December. When growing them in pots, it's best to use fresh compost. BEING DISABLED AND LONGTIME SICK,MY GARDEN MAKEOVER IS TAKING LONGER THAN I PLANNED JUST CANT FIND THE GOOD HELP THESE DAYS...... BUT ONCE PLANTED AND GROWING WILL BE BETTER TIME TO GIVE A REVIEW. ITS NOT GOING HAPPEN OVER NIGHT IS IT LOL

it would have been good for me to have a colour pic on each packet as I had to search on website re colour . The bulbs arrived in good time and in good condition but impossible for to review until they have flowered! I will plant Oxalis inside in a pot as I didn't realise it doubled as a houseplant. I probably won't use FG again as quite pricey per bulb

Box arrived damaged. This could be down to the carelessness of the carrier, Evri. The bulbs were labelled but it would have been helpful to have pictures of the tulips on the various packages to remind me of their colours.
