I have made multiple purchases from Farmer Gracy over the last year with mixed results. All my purchases have arrived well packaged and within the delivery time frame. Some varieties eg Peonies, Gypsophila and Hardy Geraniums have done well and I have been very pleased with the results. I ordered 2 varieties of Aquilegia, 1 of which flowered this year, and is the Aquilegia mix, not what was ordered. I suspect that the other variety will also be wrong, but will have to wait until spring. The Crocosmia Suzanna and Yellowtail Iris have grown well, but Iris Tipped in Blue has mixed results. The Salvia Dark Knight has been a disaster, with only 2 plants resulting. The Hosta White Feather all grew and are very healthy. They were initially white but have since, without exception, become green. I contacted customer service when I saw that the Aquilegia were not what I ordered and was refunded very quickly and told to let them know if the other batch is wrong, when they bloom. I would definitely give 5 stars for customer service!

Hello, We're sorry to hear that there you have had mixed success with the orders received from us. We cannot guarantee they will grow in all places, however we do guarantee that they'll arrive in healthy and viable condition. Please feel free to send an email to customercare@farmergracy.com if you have any concerns regarding plant growth as the team are happy to assist. With regards to the Hosta White Feather, it is a very tricky variety due to the lack of chlorophyll in the new growth in early spring. Such white foliage cannot be maintained throughout the growing season as the plant needs green chlorophyll in order to feed itself. Therefore by early summer the foliage starts to take on a green hue. All the best, Farmer Gracy Customer Care

I have ordered quite a few items from Farmer Gracey over the last 1 to 2 years. Some have been very disappointing ie Ranunculus. Some bits of root failed to survive. Others survived but I question wether they actually were what they were suppossed to be ie T rex hosta. I've had more success with bulbs but again question wether they were actually what I ordered ie white narcissus. I thought they would be small like tete a tete but turned out to be full size. Ordering and delivery etc are excellent.

I look forward to seeing the Alliums, Irises and Muscari bloom in the Spring, but unfortunately I received rotten bulbs in two of the species of Alliums, in the Daffodils, and within the Croci bulbs. Only 3 of the 10 of the Croci were healthy.

I again find myself having to draw your attention with my latest order of tulip & narcissus bulbs. Order number FG1909814. Upon inspection of all the bulbs I found a total of 6 tulip Brisbane bulbs with what I would describe as a fungal disease. (Photo available if required ) The rest of the order is perfect of 89 other bulbs. I hope you will replace these bulbs asap. Kind regards Derek Hunt

The bulbs have arrived very early as tulips, etc., will not be planted for at least another two plus months. I’m sure they will be absolutely wonderful when they flower in 8-9 months time, late Spring, then I hope to give a brilliant review of 10 stars 🌟.

I bought a lot of dahlias last year. Must have been 15, I put then all in pots as I have clay soil. Most of them don’t flower, just green leaves. I only have about 6 which flowered or flowering now. The plants are quite small except for one red . My previous dahlias from the uk supplier were much bigger, unfortunately the squirrels and pheasants dug them up. I have bought some tulips now. The quality looks good. The delivery and packaging is beautiful, but that’s about all.

Hello, Dahlias have had a slow season this year but most are starting to flower by now. How soon they start flowering depends on how early they are planted and also the weather. Please send an email to customercare@farmergracy.com with further detail and one of the team will be happy to advise further and resolve any issues. All the best, Farmer Gracy Customer Care

The Wyndham tulips are quite small bulbs, many not even 10cm. Likely not all will flower. Will see what happens, I plant them in pots and keep an eye on how many per pot I get. The La Belle Epoque in comparison were much larger and have have done well for me in the past.

Hello, Some bulbs are smaller this year due to weather conditions, however they are the same maturity as usual and should put on a great show. We hope you enjoy them, but do get in touch by emailing customercare@farmergracy.com if there are any problems or if you have any concerns. All the best, Farmer Gracy Customer Care

The plants and flowers are beautiful, a broad assortment and carefully wrapped and packed for shipping. Arrives at a time when you can plant them so the waiting time might be a bit longer. I've ordered 3 times now with a variety of bulbs but each time around 1/4 or 1/3 of the plants will not sprout. I've read and followed the instructions carefully each time but some will just not grow. Which is a pity, especially for the price I've paid for these beautiful plants. Also one time I've just recieved some packed mulch without the bulb which I found quite hilarious and put in the ground anyway but allas, nothing grew. The plant which do grow and flower are beautiful though. I'm quite happy with my dalias, narcissus, iris and tullips

I haven’t seen a single yellow flower and maybe a couple vaguely light pink on these. I bought it because it’s “mixed”.

Can only comment on bare root plants, and it's a mixed bag, really. I followed the seller's instructions to the letter. The Cannas and the Ferns were great, and quickly grew into healthy plants. The 'dark red' Ranuncus were very slow to appear, and the few that flowered were pale pink! Four Asclepias arrived (I paid for five) They were tiny and in dreadful condition and only one eventually sprouted.

My alliums have been planted for 2 yrs and still only this year gave a bit of a show 😢they half opened looked really odd I think I will pull them up this autumn as more stem and then dying leaves with a poor show on the top I had to take the outer leaves off to help them to show anything at all Very disappointing

Hello, We are sorry to hear these Alliums have not flowered as expected. Alliums will usually flower year after year however they can fail to thrive if they have been planted too deep, too shallow, in boggy soil and in a position without sun. Some varieties (typically the larger types) have relatively short lifespans and the bulb can die after the first or second flowering season. Our team are happy to offer advice if you wish to contact them with further information. customercare@farmergracy.com 0330 808 7304 All the best, Farmer Gracy Customer Care

Have made two purchases thus far. Firstly were a number of approx 15 Phlox / Saponaria. So far only 9 have grown. The remainder havent taken. My second order was for 120 Anenome bulbs. So far it appears that less than 30% are growing.

Very disappointed with the alium bulbs I bought. Very few have grown, they are spindly and I’ve had only two not very attractive flowers. Nothing like the illustrations on their website despite being grown in new compost.
