I would like a refund. Only 2 out of 6 plants have appeared. Tried to click on refund button without success although it says “very easy”.

I have ordered some bare roots plants in the last few months, some did well but others got rotten or did absolutely nothing. The team sent me replacements which were very much appreciated. I felt a bit embarrassed to complain again for another bare root of a grass that didn’t look healthy on arrival and died and also for bags of corms ( freesias and crocosmias) that were planted in pots weeks ago, according to planting instructions, but did nothing. The dahlias though are very good, strong and healthy. Will I order bare root plants again, even I like the idea, from Farmer Gracy? I am not sure. Good service, great information on website, quick to reply, plants well wrapped for delivery.

The order was delivered quickly yesterday,which pleased me. I followed the instructions of soaking them ready for today. On opening theAquilega Pink petticoat there were only two bare roots. On opening the Eryngium there was nothing except a shrivelled up root! I am extremely disappointed!!

Most of my dahlias have been a success but one variety was anything but. Not one of the Feline Yvonne showed any sign of life so I’ll not order these again.

A little disappointed as was supposed to get 3 and there was only 2. The 2 hostas looked fine but the bud snapped off one when I touched it. However it seems to be showing signs of another just peeking through where I planted it.

I have made 3 different orders. The first two of fall bulbs and spring bulbs were great. But in my last order for roots of perennial plants, half of the roots have arrived in poor condition, making it impossible for them to sprout. I wrote an email telling it and I have not received a response.

I live in Northern Ireland and I ordered Nerine bulbs which came in bags of 5 but one bulb in each bag was just rotten crumbled in my hand I think delivery time to here is just too long for bulbs to survive sadly. Other items ordered were barefoot and were boardline okay.

After some really good quality products from Farmer Gracy we unfortunately ordered some aquilegia, 2 lots of 3 (per packet). Within each packet there was one good plant, one extremely small plant and that was it for 1 of the packages, the other had just a poor quality 3rd plant. I wrote an email, with photos, I received a reply apologising and stating one new pack would be sent. When this pack arrived it only contained 2 plants. Clearly, no-one checked these packages prior to shipment. Really disappointed and will think long and hard before I order anything else from Farmer Gracy!

Disappointed, the plants I ordered were ridiculously small, poorly packed and some were just dust. The tulips are beautiful BUT some of them bear no relation at all to the ones I I ordered, for instance bright orange and red when they should have been a subtle pink. I shan't be using Farmer Grace again

3 bare root Salvias delivered on time. 2 healthy strong bare root plants are growing well. 1 weak plant had been treated exactly the same and it has not grown and looks as if it will fail.

Ordered x 3 dahlia’s. 2 arrived looking substantial with plenty of tubers emerging from central stem. The 3rd one ‘Wishes and Dreams’ was very small and half of the tubers have separated

The review is not about flower bulbs my review concerns bare rooted plants. It can work out cheaper than the garden centre if you are lucky and Farmer Gracy did have a huge variety of perennial plants so I placed my order and they managed to supply everything I asked for which I was very happy. However although some plants were generous in size others were really mean and small certainly not flowering size this year. One of the plants didn't make it despite my skill and care but their after sales service is really good and they replaced it free of charge within days of my complaint so they deserve credit for that. My main problem really is how small some of these plants were for the price paid. This is why I've only given three stars and of course I don't know at the moment if the plants are true to name when they do flower, which could be in about 14 months time, we will have to wait and see. I've seldom found any nursery that's 100% perfect, Trevor white roses has 100% record with me I bought Roses off him for years best ever. Claire Austin perennials are pretty good as well they sell plants in 9 centimeter pots so they are quite small but they're not that expensive. Pottertons and Edrom for alpines are good too. They all also have a good after sales service like farmer Gracy.

I ordered plants - quick delivery however I’ve yet to see the results as only planted this week. I’m not hopeful at all - very odd plants that look barely alive! Soaked in water as advised. Will see if there’s any results🤞

Gladioli bulbs looked healthy, one out of three dahlias had visible new growth whilst the other two looked drier than expected with damage to tubers.

Bent tubers which appear cracked where they join the neck are common and this won't usually have an impact on the performance of the plant. Wasn’t clear located in Holland. Plants were fine when arrived but delivery was by Evri and took too long and inconvenient. Box was very battered and had been in van for a couple of days. Constantly emailing me to order more before I had received first order

As you have asked for feed back I don't rate your customers service I received my order only to find that two bulbs missing and one tuber broken I sent you a email but as of yet had no response so if this is the way you look after your customers than you can't blame them going somewhere else
