Please do not order from here. The plants I received were half dead and I could do nothing with them. When I reached out and sent photos I was fobbed off - kept getting messages saying they were busy. Horrible company to deal with.

I had a few questions before ordering which the team answered quickly and gave me the confidence to place my order. Flowers and bulbs arrived on time and in good packaging. They all looked quite healthy apart from 1 variety which just looked like a bit of branch. I planted all the roots as instructed but the one that looked like a branch haven’t grown. I raised this via the online help and sent photos but haven’t received any response. Feels like customer service post sale is non existent.

So happy with farmer gracey. Everything I’ve bought has grown and come on really well. My goat T rex hosts is a lot bigger than last year and I’m even getting flowers. Can’t wait for it to get to full size. Absolutely love it. Thank you for your care of bulbs and info supplied. Best garden people ever

I have been purchasing perennial plants from farmer Gracy for at least three years now .The delivery has been a bit slow this year but when they arrive they are well package and the plants are in good condition .Plants I bought last year and the year before have all came back and are doing very well .This year I purchased lupins,I put them straight into the ground and I’m delighted to see they are growing well.

First time for years I’ve ordered perennials online and my heart sank when I saw the small Hostas and Astrantia in their little bags. However 5th weeks on i have strong healthy plants almost ready to go into the garden borders. Really excited to see them grow on , many thanks

I always buy my Spring bulbs from Farmer Gracy. They are excellent quality. This year my favourites were Blushing Beauty, Supri Erotic, Lady Smile and Fiery Dream. They were much admired by my neighbours. I cannot upload my photos which is a shame.

Ordered a lot of plants. They all came well packed. Delivery was delayed by a day but I emailed customer services and they responded within an hour. It arrived later that day. Planted immediately in the rain under mulch and all bare roots are growing. Dahlias are starting to show. Bulbs are taking their time. The Astilbe Fanals took to their spots and in less than a month are setting flower which is amazing. Been perfect weather and I have been tending to all the plants. Photos of the Astilbes, & the young Peonies, Eryngium & Echinops.

My root plug plants were all well packed in their own individual bags of compost with helpful advice and nice packaging. Every one is now growing well and i'm looking forward to when they flower!

Hi bought a Miscanthus Red Lady a month ago when it was delivered delivered planted it watered it and it died I thought it was not very healthy when I got it, so I contacted Farmer Grady who replaced it when that came it looked a bit better there was a few green shoots on the plant ,with it being bare root I thought ho this will be all right but no the same thing as happened very dissapointed I had all ready sent a photo of the plant

I have bought lots from this company and have been mostly happy - bought 4 dahlias and only two have grown - I emailed them and failed to receive a response which was disappointing - had hoped for better

Ik heb dit jaar voor het eerst planten en bollen gekocht, de meeste planten en bollen zijn goed opgekomen. Maar de duurdere en teerste planten komen niet op, zijn ook zo klein vooral de agapantus en de rose dicentra.

I love farmer Gracy, the website is easy to use and many pictures of each item, I have bought many things this year and have not been disappointed. There were a 3 bare roots that needed replaced but in a total of 60+ it was done with no quibble.

I've had three deliveries from farmer gracy this year. First two great, last one dreadful. Puny dried out bits of root! I did e mail farmer gracy but so far I have just been ignored!
