Most disappointing,poor quality plants and wrong colour scabiosa going pink instead of white as ordered. Will NOT be ordering again. Can do better at our local Cole’s nurseries

Unfortunately my experience with this company has been very poor .Initially the first deliveries arrived in a heat wave and were in very poor condition , forgivable , and customer care were good and refunded me for the plants they couldn’t replace . In my next orders , not only has the quality been poor but they have been the wrong colour plants . After 3 months of waiting for germination and flowering , 4 of the bundles of flowers I ordered were the wrong colour plants, which when you’re planting your garden for a summer wedding is very disappointing . Customer care so far has been good but the quality control has been very poor . There are better companies .

What went wrong, very little of the bare roots came through.spring bulbs were beautiful.i have found customers service very poor.wont use this company again not would I recommend it to anyone.

Seemed like a good deal, followed instructions, but only 10% of the many plants I ordered are showing any signs of life. Will never order of them again. Will alter my review if they suddenly burst into life

The grasses I ordered haven’t grown at all lupins 1 only had roots the Rose is pathetic I will never order from Farmer Grace again

Didn't get my Birthday treat as promised. Contacted company about it. They gave me a discount code to use. However I couldn't use it with the existing earlybird offer so I feel really cheated and they refused to do anything about. I feel they stole my information and didn't honour their part as promised.

Truly awful product quality. When the order arrived, I promptly and carefully potted all the bare rooted plants up. 6 Delphinium Elatum, none of which grew. 1 Clematis 'Pink Flamingo' which shows no sign of growth. 1 Thalictrum Hewitt's Double also not showing any sign of growth. 12 Pulsatilla 'Semi-Duplici' of which 4 are growing. 6 Dahlias, all of which are growing. 5 Aconitum 'Arendsii' just 2 plants have grown. 15 Zephyranthes robustus bulbs, after 6 weeks 1 is just breaking surface in their pot - so, maybe the others will soon follow (hopefully). 1 Anemone leveillei which is growing well. 1 Veronicastrum 'Cupid' which is also growing OK. I ordered when the 30% discount became available, so, late in the season. It seems this is too late for some of these plants to survive. It's unlikely I will submit any future orders. Very disappointing.

My husband has just received a package of 10 Hardy perennial plants. Our consent for Fathers Day. Apart from being thrilled with the gift, he has also been very impressed with the presentation and valuable information about every individual plant. The professional care, hand written instruction show the cars that's been taken. My son was,so pleased at the speed and care taken. Think you have acquired 2 more clients. Thank you

Hugely disappointing. After following the instructions that came with my corms, bulbs and bare roots my success rate has been a little over 10%. FG promised so much and delivered so little. Won't shop here again. Save your money and visit a good local plant nursery instead.

Majority of plants dead. Stachys in reasonable condition (similar to 9cm pot). Aquilegia, salvia and saponaria either never showed any life or less than a year 0 seedling would have by mid-summer.

very sad to say that at least half of the lovely plants I ordered were unwrapped carefully, planted within a few hours of arrival , have not thrived and have died 😒 very disappointing and doubt i will order from farmer gracy again as complete waste of money

As someone with 40 years experience growing plants from seeds and propagation I find this experience galling. Why? They constantly bombard with daily promotions whilst ignoring contact emails about problems from customers who purchased. Showing a constant stream of 'selling plants' when searching on the site they churn out plants, not bare root but rather barely any roots!! Dead and weak plants, likely already dead or doomed before packaging with 40% dead or hardly existent, 60% live plants, of which many were poor and unlikely to grow. I would prefer a response to the issues regarding this first purchase, which turned out costly due to a very poor return. I emailed the company on the 26th May and again at the start of June, I believe I gave a respectable amount of time (3-4 weeks) for the plants to show any sign of life (just a piece of root in some cases) and still I await a reply. Avoid and use reputable, well known UK companies!!

From 20 bare roots and 15 bulbs I only got 1. Planted everything to the letter.. I got other flowers from other companies that were all coming out and thriving.. but not from this one. A lot of time and money wasted.. I do not recommend.

I am somewhat disappointed in my order from Farmer Gracy. The quality was just not what I expected. For the price, the plants were small. I have given them a couple of months to take off. The Little Purple buddleia and limonium are doing fine but the Black Buddhist agapanthus are still sad and puny. Yes, I know they take a few years to mature but these are not as nice as those I have found elsewhere. To FG’s credit, they refunded me for the agapanthus that were dead on arrival. I was careful to follow planting for care and position but they are still struggling.

Only 2 developed.They are coming on nicely.One was already snapped .The other 2 didn’t survive.You can’t beat this firm for bulbs.You are spoiled for choice.
