Rather disappointed with no response to my recent complaint. Hollyhock roots were VERY. Poor … treated with great care in my greenhouse. No good. Like your response . Aggrieved. M.G.

Both bulbs and bare root plants always arrive in good condition. I've been using the company for 4 years and have never had a problem. If plants haven't worked that's usually down to my incompetence! This year I paid particular attention to the growing guides and all of my perennials are growing well.

Ordered 6 Dahlia tubers, potted up and put in the greenhouse, along with 12 tubers from my garden display last year. All of my old tubers well on their way, new tubers from F. G no sign of life at all. Very Very disappointed, have contacted company but no response. Will not order again.

The bulbs were packaged well but roots had dried up slightly-have now potted in before planting out and seem to be doing okay

The only company I use for my gardennow that I have compared quality and sizes, my Tulips compared to others by their side have been MUCH bigger and better blooms , everything I have bought has been top fresh quality, and comparing delivery prices from Netherlands I have paid for same delivery from this country from a big company they have Free Delivery quite a few times which I have taken advantage of, my Buying record is pretty good, bought lots unusual in dark colours , I cannot wait to see what they have for next season I am super exited.

Very good products. Only been using FG for 2 years but any issues I've had have been sorted immediately. I ordered a pink agapanthus which looked worse for wear. FG sent a replacement which also looked dead. Absolutely no problem with a refund. Likewise last year when a Crinum failed. Replacement sent and refund as a gesture. They are always happy to offer advice but at this time of year you need to be patient as they are busy and state that on automated response to email. Overall I'm very happy.

.....I'm addicted to buying plants for my smallish garden. I just love all things green, variegated, white, flowering or not. I have been ordering (my whole life comes online) plants from anywhere I spot something. Like kiddy in sweet shop!!! Point is I am very, VERY impressed by your Farmer Gracy range, the prices are really competitive. The plants arrive quickly (if right season), there is a very reasonable delivery charge, they come carefully and amazingly well packaged! But most importantly, they are such lovely, healthy plants which thrive!! Thank you so much!!!

I really want to say firstly that FG products are great! But the alstroemerias I received have not been at all successful. I made sure I planted correctly being a meticulous person who loves the garden. I love alstroemerias and so wanted them to be a success. Out of the six ordered only two have shown any sign of life.

Bare roots verbena lolipop arrived I planted them as soon as they arrived .....and nothing no sign of growth at all .I'm still waiting to see if the crocosmia bulbs decide to grow......I'm so disappointed as generally the plants have been wonderful, the lupins arrived and are growing well

Delivery, packaging all fine. Bought 4 dahlia tubers, 3 have sprouted one has not. The dahlia Cafe au lait has failed to produce even a single green shoot. They have all had the same treatment. Any suggestions? A replacement would be much appreciated. Thank you

Hello, Thank you for your review. The larger dinner plate dahlias can sometimes take longer to sprout. We recommend that you check just beneath the soil surface to see any eyes are starting to develop. If it is yet to show signs of small buds developing around the tubers or if the tubers are turning soft then please kindly contact us so we can replace this dahlia for you. I’ve never grown bulbs before but finally having my own house tempted me to have a go. I ordered a selection from farmer gracey to try a lasagne layering effect. The results have been amazing with flowers from January onwards. The tulips are way better than I thought they might be so thank you.
