This company was highly recommended to me but after 3years I am extremely disappointed in their products. Of my first order in 2019 only 7 of the 10 hyacinths grew, only 10 of the 25 Iris Katharine Hodgkin grew and 17 of the 25 Chionodoxa. In 2020 the Eucharis Amazonia started to grow and then died. On closer inspection, it had a grub inside it! In 2021 I tried another Eucharis Amazonia but it seems to be going the same way (photo). The 3 Amaryllis belladonna didn’t look great when I got them and have shown no life at all in the last two and a half months (photos). Only the Nerines and the Epimedium seem to be growing well. So I will not be using this company again.

Really disappointed with my first bulb order with this company. The canna and echinacea bulbs have not shown any form whatsoever. I followed the planting guide to the letter and planted as soon as they arrived, but nothing has sprouted. These bulbs were not cheap.

I had ordered quite a few different bulbs etc. along with an Egret Orchid seed... this didn't arrive and I had contacted the CS team who were very good in sending out another in the post. This arrived and I was so excited when it turned up. However,after following the planting instructions to the letter, it has done absolutely nothing at all and I am so very disappointed as this alone was not cheap to buy. I have bought a few times before with FG and have never had any quality issues, so this is disappointing.

I purchased £50 worth of bulbs, 7 different varieties. Only 1 type has sprouted. The most expensive one I planted according to their advising card and it just rotted. REALLY disappointed, follow the latest reviews, stay clear of this company, it is a con.

I bought a large amount of begonia bulbs in February. half of these have no growth I have provided proof by photos, but your customer service have been finding excuses not to refund any money! I can buy online from other garden centres and they would immediately offer refunds upon receipt of proof by photos. Definitely will not purchase any more from this company and would not recommend to my friends.

We are happy to refund or replace (if available) failed bulbs, but we will ask you to check for emerging buds/shoots first in case they are just a little slower than others, and also we request that you specify how many and which varieties have failed to grow entirely so we can credit you correctly. I ordered a mix of Alium bulbs to plant last autumn,I'm sad to say not one bulb has appeared....the bulbs I purchased elsewhere in previous years have appeared,but not the Farmer Gracy ones. I cannot fault their delivery however..exellent service...

Ordered several Caladium some came rotton ,Them that didn't rotted in the pots shortly after planting .orderd three first one came rotten farmer gracy replaced that one ,it rotted as well so none left now , had them in green house .guess they are not for me.

I ordered 2 lots of the Agapanthus XXL bulbs at £27 each. The pictures on the website clearly show a very large clump probably at least 50cm in diameter. Well they turned up one was 20cm, the other was 10-15cm. I was shocked especially at £27. I feel the smaller one isn't any bigger than I can get for £10 down my local garden centre. In the end they both went into a small pot. What I find more annoying is that I sent Farmer Gracy 2 emails about this and haven't had any replies.

Dear Farmer Gracy, I ordered a Habenaria seed which duly arrived. I followed the instructions carefully. In two months it still has not shown any signs of life. Habenaria seeds are not cheap and I was really looking forward to growing this lovely plant. I have ordered bulbs from you before without issue, but have to say I was bitterly disappointed with this.

Hello, Habenaria take a long time to sprout, usually around 1-2 months, and the growth will be minimal at first. The bulb should be planted very shallowly, please check the bulb to see if it is now sprouting. If you find the bulb is soft or deteriorating, please contact us at customercare@farmergracy.com. Dahlia bulbs are rotten! Took photos and sent them to FG - no response! £25 down the drain... the bulbs are soft and hollow with no chance of growth ...

Received bulbs in poor quality, they were soft and mouldy. If you were local to me i would have brought them back to you. Won't be buying anything else from you in the future.

I just received my order of 5 x Ornithogalum saundersiae. Firstly there were only 4 bulbs. Secondly, of these 2 were rotten - almost liquid. 1 looked very "dubious" as the top was missing and looked unlikely to grow and finally I gave the last one the benefit of the doubt but not sure it looked very healthy. Furst time I have ordered from you and unlikely to do so again! I await my refund.

My first delivery was very disappointing as the bulbs were dried out, eaten, and rotten looking, so hugely expensive for quality. The company were prompt in offering replacements, but although I was notified my replacement were on their way 2 weeks ago nothing has arrived. Hopefully I’ll be delighted if the bulbs arrive.

First big order placed and paid for, then before I've even received it get email to say 25% off all the bulbs I had bought. 2nd Order and paid for beginning April, say it's on the way. then refund part of my order as they don't have what I had paid for. Very disappointing to say the least, and no response from customer care either ....

When placing an order the staff were super friendly and professional, but after my purchase and delivery the attitude of staff drastically changed, particularly not wanting to help with a problem item. After seeking advice I was met with plan rudeness and insulted, presumably because I was seeking help with a product that I had previously ordered - it appears the owners/management have no intent on building customers or loyalty. There was a helpful lady called Mira if you can get through to her. As for product - I had a problem with a Dahlia bulb due to growth problems, but otherwise the corns and other items ordered seem to be growing fine. Delivery and packaging was very good. I'm waiting for delivery of other items and expect same standard. I would not recommend using this company if you are a novice gardener like me, just in case you get a plant problem with bulbs and don't know what to do.

Delivery didn't arrive. Your customer service is horrible very slow response takes days to respond. You haven't responded on my last emails. You send me tracking code on the day when I suppose to have my order to be delivered. Is this normal?! I ordered things and after a week you notified me that you don't have some bulbs in the stock. I asked to replace it with other flowers but you said its too late after 3 days..Seriously.. Your service is super bad and delivery is still not here even I live in France near Belgium which is close to Netherlands. I am still waiting response from you. I don't want your flowers anymore I want full refund. Sorry your service is terrible. My order number:FG403948

Bought 2 x Tacca 1 x nivea and 1 x chanteri Arrived like hard sticks , planted but have no sign of growth weeks later. Packaging date appears to be 2020 0000. Very expensive for dead sticks!!!

Hello, All bulbs are freshly harvested and can't be kept from previous years, there are not usually dates on packaging as it is not necessary.
