The dahlias were not all of the type I ordered and the whole set was the most weak and puny blooms that I have ever encountered. A waste of money and a whole year of gardening expectations

In March 2021, I purchased several bulbs including Caladiums, Blood lily, Saving brush ginger and Lycoris Aurea. Most of the caladiums but one have sprouted including ginger brush and blood lily but the poor Starfish Iris bulbs and Lycoris Aurea struggled. This is how the Lycoris looks now, see attached photo. I’ve thrown away the starfish lily. Not very good at all, I’m supposed to be a brilliant gardener with Horticulture background!

Ranunculus Picotee sunburst were all one shade if deep pink Begonia Fringed friends huge plants miserable small flowers in one shade of orange Begonia picotee only 2 grew and still waiting for flowers

I am so unhappy with my begonias they have huge amount follage but no sight of flowers. The gladiola completely useless as well. Never going to use this supplier again. A refund would be very good.

Hello, Begonias and Gladioli usually take around 3 months to reach a flowering stage after planting, they will get very leafy first. The begonias certainly will flower if they have leaves at this stage and we hope they put on a great display for you. sent me the wrong plant - variety and colour . Didnt find out until it flowered six months later. Totally wrong colour and variety for my planting scheme which is now ruined. Customers have to be able to COMPLETELY TRUST suppliers of bulbs and tubers to send you what you order as the implications for getting it wrong are significant! However on top of this the response to this mistake was also disappointing- basically "whoops sorry this happens sometimes" and a refund of the price of the tubers. Sorry not good enough!

The bulb did not grow or show any signs of growing. Eventually lifted the bulb out of the pot and no roots or signs of growth. M

I ordered Ranunculus Elegance® Rosso , they arrived broken, i panted what I could salvage but still waiting to grow, it does not not promising. They started but they are not healthy at all. Very very disappointed.

I don't know what went wrong my echinacea raspberry truffle and my echinacea green twister that I bought as bare roots and were quite expensive both haven't done a thing and are dead!! Complete waste of almost £20 very very disappointed

I ordered 3 bare root Strawberry and Cream Echinacea. I had been trying to get this variety for a long time. All bare roots took well and put on healthy growth. One has recently flowered and to my dismay a bright orange flower unfurled !!! I am very disappointed to say the least and as I no longer have my order details I am unable to submit a complaint. I remain one very disappointed customer with one unwanted, unidentified orange Echinacea plant. I await the flowering of the other two plants - not very hopeful. Barbara Campbell

I purchased some dahlia tubers , they were called Creme de Cognac, a beautiful orange / dark red Pom Pom , one failed to shoot , which is fine could happen, the other one grew well but when it flowered it was totally different not what I had purchased at all. I tried to contact the company on their email and it keeps bouncing back.

Ordered a number of items including Habenaria Radiata (Egret Orchid). 3 seeds. Followed instructions for soaking and planting in compost specific for orchids. Seeds failed to germinate. No response from Farmer Gracy customer service re failure. I notice they don't sell these any more otherwise I would have advised you to save your £24.95!!

Less than two months ago I bought caladium bulbs of all types, as someone recommended your website to me. the bulbs were mushy when I touched some but I thought it was normal. Plant the bulbs as you indicated, and I have only watered them once and the substrate is new and draining. yesterday I took them all off the ground and my surprise was that 90% were like in the photos. For the dates in which we are they were so that they had had roots, since the temperatures are adequate, but the only bulb that I have left they have no hope of prospering. however the buttercups are already sprouting. I am disappointed with the result, since the bulbs were already like this from the beginning.I wrote 10 days ago to Customecare and I haven't received any reply yet.
