Very disappointing service. My initial order was apparently lost by the courier. I was told that my item was now sold out. Also the remaining replacement items have only now been sent to the courier a full two weeks from my complaint. Surely this should have been expedited. Due to the initial error. Unreliable and dissapointing in all respects.

My first delivery was very disappointing as the bulbs were dried out, eaten, and rotten looking, so hugely expensive for quality. The company were prompt in offering replacements, but although I was notified my replacement were on their way 2 weeks ago nothing has arrived. Hopefully I’ll be delighted if the bulbs arrive.

Despite Hermes stating they have my parcel but 24 hour delay in delivering, I did not receive. My money was refunded but would have preferred a replacement. No explanation as to what Hermes did with my order. Will stick to UK suppliers in the future.

Sent for 50 pips of Lily of the valley, unfortunately received plants which have a red leaf which I don’t think are lily of the valley so very disappointed!

Disappointed in all with my first Order. Buds broken on my Peony. One of the Canna rhizomes is questionable whether it will actually come into flower.. Thankfully the begonias were intact.

Unfortunately my bulbs didn't work. Got them and planted them straigth away followed the instructions but they were Rotten inside!! I'm still waiting to my replacement. Thank you very much.

After 10 days received 3 separate emails each time cancelling a part of my order. Have basically one item coming now. Hugely disappointed as had heard nothing but great things about the company.

Sometimes towards the end of the summer bulbs season we find that remaining stocks of certain varieties are no longer in good condition and may not be viable, in which case we issue a refund for that part of the order and send the remaining items to avoid any delays. I bought paid for Pretoria Canna tubors plus postage ,farmer gracey sent me rotten dead tubor,I complained they said we will replace it we will send 2, today I received replacement order 1 good tubor & another rotten tubors.disgracefull. they are supposed be gardeners they must know what they are sending, the site says you can expect full size tubors bulbs from us, laughable, I will not buy from this lot again ,they don't care .

I am SO disappointed and angry. My peony maxima arrived yesterday and it is NOTHING like the photograph. Only three poor buds with dry soil ... and it cost £40 plus. I hate being ripped off. This is worth a shocking review. Never again Ms Gracy. you are a DISGRACE. You should be ashamed of yourself or, at a pinch, your staff.

I have emailed you and no-one has replied. You need to photograph what you are sending, I was shocked at what I received. Amaryllis bulb soft and brown, freesia bulbs mouldy. Other details in my email.

you never answer phone complaints Youre reviews are rigged Its obvious the reviews are controlled Which company gets 5 star rating all the time Its obvious your reviews are rigged My order had a lot of problems But the akita dahlia was a joke. after spending £118 pounds I expecteed good nquality as you charge top prices I will complain to Gardeners World as they have you on their list of growers they should not advertise you Barbara Michael

Ordered two canna varieties, both sprouted with signs of canna virus, one severely so. Given the extent to which the second leaf is showing the impact of the virus, it's impossible that the grower would not have known the parent plant to be diseased. It should be illegal to export diseased plants across country borders. By buying and growing diseased plants, one is risking not only losing existing healthy stock, but also infecting neighbours' gardens. It's shameful, really.
