My parcel has been charged and not delivered. The courier they have used insist I talk only to Farmer Gracey who have not replied.

Hi I suggest you read my emails and the reply’s from your staff. I have been a regular Farmer Gracy customer for some years and have purchased hundreds of euros worth of bulbs and plants. I am very disappointed by the attitude of the person who replied. I was over supplied on one item, and under supplied on another of the last delivery and the condition of the the plants was very disappointing. Rory

Having placed an order immediately after Christmas, - as an early bird order, for Begonia tubers, which have cost me over £300, I have only just received part of my order. They say the balance of the order was lost in transit, which was in a second box. Whoever is in charge of the orders has no idea of their supervision or direction of order priority. I certainly, would not recommend this company to anyone. Indeed, I also find the people I speak with under their titles of Horticulturists, to not be interested in giving lost orders priority to replace the originals.

I've ordered 2 caladium bulbs and one colocasia bulb. I've paid £26.84. One caladium bulb was rotten, the other one was completely dried out with fungus and the colocasia was a miserable size. I'm buying online all the time (albeit from UK suppliers) so this was by far the worse service and quality I have ever received. Delivery was late as well. It was my first order with them and certainly the last.

I received bare root tiny plants squashed into a small box so shoots squashed and broken. Very disappointed and over priced for what i received. I will not be ordering again

Received one of two orders. I have requested an update on the second order several times, but have not received the courtesy of a reply. Seems like just another company who can’t be bothered once they have your money!! Dreadful customer service and massively disappointing!!

I am very sorry to have to complain about some Iris bulbs I bought from you last year, to plant in now. When I came to plant them yesterday I found some of the bulbs had gone very soft. This is the first opportunity I’ve had to plant these bulbs due to the weather, so I was very disappointed when I opened the bag to find them soft.

Hello, We're sorry to hear that you didn't get to plant your bulbs last year. Bulbs should be planted in the same season as they are supplied while still fresh. They will start to deteriorate and turn soft if they are left in storage for too long. All the best, Farmer Gracy Customer Care

My reason for very poor is because of delivery by Hermes. My parcel was left in the middle of a field, no where near my house or front door. I think perhaps this should be looked into. Your service of ordering and despatch was very good.

We found Farmer Gracy to be unreliable in supplying items they show in their brochure as available - then they insisted on charging the full postage charge for a much reduced delivery. We were only notified that they were unable to supply items 8 weeks after we had ordered - and paid- for these items. We shall not be using them again.

Occasionally we may find that one of the varieties in an order can not be sent as remaining stocks are showing signs of natural deterioration. Very disappointed with the 3 colocacious bulbs purchased for £35.85 which were supposed to be base ball size, I couldnt even use them to play golf they were that small

Hello, Some Colocasia varieties have 'baseball-size' bulbs and other varieties are smaller. Providing they are in firm and in good, healthy condition, they should grow without any issues. Normally the bulbs from you are fantastic! But this shipment was badly damaged and the lilies were smashed to bits. Might I suggest better packaging . Disappointed

I hope you can help me.I have an order from you I hope coming to me via Hermes..FG293844....Hermes tracking number8933376919301664.Hermes emailed me to say they would deliver on `Sunday 22.2.21...then later emailed to say they had a problem locating my address and would contact me again on Monday1.3.21 to advise deliver...since then I have heard nothing.My address is easy to find...indeed Hermes and all other couriers deliver to me all the time....I do hope my order from you has not gone astray.
