it would be nice to get the deliver on the day they said they were going to deliver it as they keep saying they have try to deliver it on a sat wich i was in all day weigting in for the driver did not come to the door on the 25 /09/2021

I have tried to contact you by email (three times) and telephone about an order that I placed. So far you haven't replied. This is terrible customer service, and most unexpected. If we can resolve the issue before delivery, then I will withdraw this rating. At the moment I'm not sure I'll order from you again, which is disappointing because until now I was impressed John Dowens

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that your bulbs have not been delivered as expected. We ship seasonally, starting with the earliest pre-orders of the season at the end of August. Shipping typically takes 10 days from date of dispatch, and only in a very small number of cases will the courier report that the parcel can't be delivered. Having ordered Gloxinia 'Mont Blanc' bulbs for my white and green garden, they turned out to be red! I’ve therefore had to give them away as I have no red in my garden - disappointed as a result

i did my order back in August and i am still waiting on delivery so i cannot comment on service and quality as up to now this has been none existence and terrible . Delivery well over a month and still waiting

Not one of the bulbs and plants have survived and grown this year . The dahlias in particular did not flourish . Poor value I’m not a novice . I would not recommend your poorly grown plants

I am very dissapointed i received 2 little envelopes with 5 or 6 little seeds in it i was expecting more there was no instructions as to when to plant them. As i said very disappointed

The parcel has been delivered elsewhere and not to my home address. Photo of where delivered is my neighbour but my parcel is not there. Obviously the Hermes driver has not fulfilled his delivery but I cannot find anyone who can help. Where is my long awaited parcel?

The dahlias were not all of the type I ordered and the whole set was the most weak and puny blooms that I have ever encountered. A waste of money and a whole year of gardening expectations
