I didn't realise that the plants would be so small.They were well packed and most are picking up,though I am not sure that a salvia is going to survive.Will let you know if it doesn't

Unfortunately , I have had to write to bring your attention to a badly broken bare-root plant in my latest delivery. The plants were not delivered for quite some days after despatch and were quite difficult to re-hydrate.

Sono parzialmente soddisfatta in quanto a qualità. Due dalie erano veramente rovinate non penso possano germogliare e molte altre avevano tuberi staccati e quindi inutilizzabili tuttavia ne conservavano una parte intatta. Per quanto riguarda i tempi di spedizione nulla da dire anzi mi è stato consegnato l'ordine quando l'avevo richiesto io. Saluti

Salve, Ci dispiace sentire che ci sono preoccupazioni riguardo ad alcune delle dalie ricevute. I tuberi di dalia possono essere piuttosto fragili e durante la raccolta possono subire lievi danni. I tuberi piegati che appaiono screpolati nel punto in cui si uniscono al collo sono comuni e questo di solito non ha un impatto sulle prestazioni della pianta. No sign of life on 1Eryngum Victory blue, 2lobelia Fan Scarlett, 1Geum Princes Julianna others growing well in Greenhouse. Disappointing as your plants are always well packed in sustainable packaging

Beautifully packaged Good communication Arrived yesterday and planted immediately. Many thanks 😊😊 but…… your quality control MUST be improved. My dahlia - Bergers Record - was a small shrivelled up specimen which had I been offered it as a freebie I would have refused it. The packet weighed almost nothing and although I planted it I will be exceptionally surprised if anything grows. The beautiful white dahlias which I was very excited about also weren’t great but fingers crossed 🤞 The others were all lovely Your company has a good reputation but your quality control could be improved

At the moment, I can only say the products are beautifully packed. I cant rate the quality of the plants yet because they have just been planted. It was an interesting experience buying plants from the internet, however, I enjoy buying plants directly from the nursery.

I've been a regular customer for years and always been more than happy with my purchases. However, these unfortunately fell short of my expectations. Tubers were very small and broken apart. I hope that this is a temporary blip?

Hello, Dahlia tubers are naturally different shapes and sizes, often a tuber which appears small will still grow into a full-size flowering plant. If you have any concerns about any of the dahlias you've received, please send an email including photos to customercare@farmergracy.com so we can reassure you or arrange replacements if needed. I have been shopping at Farmer Gracy for three year, spending over €800.00 during this time to build my garden beds and plan to keep adding for the next few years. I love their large selection of bulbs and plants, and was very pleased when I first started spending my hard earned money at Farmer Gracy. My last two orders however have been a bit disappointing. One of my large orders I had was only about 50% successful. Most bare root plants I ordered, as well as dahlia tubers did not grow, though I took great care to plant them as soon as they arrived. The tulips, alliums and daffodil bulbs were fine. I also recently inquired about an order that I placed last January, as the email I received said that I should expect it February and into March... As it's nearing the end of March, I thought I would follow up. The response was not very personable. It was obviously an automated response with no specific information in the answer to my question of "when will my order be sent out?". When I look at my account, the status on my order says it's been fulfilled? It's not. Maybe Farmer Gracy is now too large to focus on the customer service aspect and ensure quality control of their products? Might be time to shop locally. - Suzanne Leslie - Ireland

Well package and they look like they’re acceptable bulbs and corms, only time will tell. Took some time to get here. Was promised a detailed delivery schedule when I enquired where my order was but the evri tracking system did not update and they arrived when I was away for two days and sat in my porch outside for nearly three days total. Not the best delivery service, I’m just hoping the plants make up for it when they grow!

The merchandise is of a high order and it’s packed well . Right now I’m replacing my garden and a major frustration is having no advanced delivery date . I find the lol up system unhelpful . Evri varies greatly and I’ve been on the very best of their worst with product suffering extended delivery times . Why can’t I key on my order number and find out what’s going on? Despite everything the product and range is good so I’ll be back blood pressure permitting . Thanks for the opportunity to comment .

Poor communication regarding shipping at time of purchase stated end of February and conveniently when I chased them middle of March regarding my order they were shipped that day. On arrival the majority of bare roots already have growth which is wiltering and some bare roots when bought as a 3 the 3rd is minute in comparison. Ordered from here previously with no issues so not sure what’s happened it is a shame and would make me question buying from here again

As regards feedback, when you confirmed delivery by end of February when confirming the order, I expected that date to be real and made arrangements accordingly. I checked subsequently and you provided a useless bot email response. My order arrived this week when I am away for six weeks. In an age of easy communication methods, everything still depends on accurate underlying information. So accurate information in the future and an improved responsiveness to emails. Thank you

On the whole the order was fulfilled well, with the exception of Geum - Tales of Hex. I ordered 9 got 8 - some of which were really small - It would appear that they ran out of this while making up the order and split down larger plants and missed one. This was disappointing as the rest of the order was really good.

I think the Dahlias are as they should be. We will see in summer how they will bloom. But the perennials were hard to find in the bags they were sent in and are very little. I planted they the same day they arrived and I'm not sure that there will be a proper plant in spring and summer, but we will see......

I ordered some plants in January and was informed they would be delivered in February, as I was going on hols on 24 Feb I asked could they be delivered before then. This was not possible and it was agreed they would be delivered after 19th March, they were delivered on 14 th March! I'm not home until 19th, I certainly hope they will be ok til then, not happy with this

Normally very good but not quite so on this occasion - one dahlia Floorinoor was packed with just two tubers with no neck and crown, so whether this grows is anyone’s guess. One tradescantia Brainstorm arrived with all the roots disconnected from a tiny stem, so that’s now in my compost bin. Aside that the rest of my order was in very good condition.
