Good products, but your practice of adding VAT separately to quoted prices is only borderline acceptable.

Very few bulbs are showing any buds but we’ll see . I ordered some bare root plants of which 3 were Nelly Mosa clematis. You describe them as 3 pips which I’ve never heard of before. I only received 1 bare root NM clematis but paid for 3. What’s going on ? I’ve always been happy with previous deliveries!

Items delayed which wasn’t Farmer Gracy’s fault, however having sent a message 3 days ago expressing concern about bare root plants not being planted out in time after despatch, I have still not heard back from Farmer Gracy. The plants have since arrived and I very quickly soaked them and planted them as per the instructions, so hopefully no lasting damage done. Packaging was good, instructions also good. I know it’s a busy time for these guys so let’s just hope the bare roots grow into nice healthy plants!

Your bulbs etc aren’t always in good shape. They come mouldy or nothing grows from them. The sizes are different. If they are like 15 bulbs of one colour, sometimes once it grows they are different colours. I have been buying plants from you over the last 6 years and over all not impressed with the quality. One needs to wait to see what grows if anything out of it and by then it’s too late to complain, get in touch. It’s putting me off from buying bulbs

Mostly good plants (at least tubers/bare roots!) - waiting for them to wake up now, and after 1 month I have concerns with 2-3 out of 15 odd order.

Generally poor results. Crocuses were smaller than expected and and quite a number have failed to bloom. Narcisses, like wise. I'm hopeful that the tulips wil amazing as they are yet to bloom. Also "Bare Root" plants are somewhat of a gamble as the roots supplied can be underdeveloped and will be some time before bulking up into a descent specimen.

I was extremely disappointed by my order for Holllyhock roots. Roots were very spindly , 1 shrivelled up and one missing. The order was replaced with 5 healthy roots, why did the original order get dispatched with such poor quality?

I’d asked for my order not to be dispatched until I returned from holiday. Kate from Customer Service confirmed she’d ensure it wasn’t delivered until my return - great news! Unfortunately, on the afternoon I was due to leave, the parcel arrived 🥶meaning I had to rush to plant up around 15 bare rooted perennials. Not what you need to get you in the holiday mood!

I have used farmer gravy a lot already been very good until the last time,I ordered 6bare root grasses when delivered they were very frail,I will be very surprised if they come to any thing.Iwill have to re think any future purchases,such a pity.

I ordered in February and was given aprox delivery date. After several weeks, I phoned and enquired a.bout delivery date, via chat line and agreed that delivery would be held until after 1st April as I was going away. Items were delivered before this date, so we're not unpacked for several days. 2 begonia tubers were like mush.
