I received both tulip and daffodil bulbs. The tulips ok but daffodils very soft. Unsure if they will flower.

I only received 7 anemone bulbs instead of 10. 4 of the bulbs are very small. Only I hope the peony is alive because it came with a dry compost, at the moment is dead of dormant.

I ordered and paid for the five Hollyhocks- but there was only four in the closed package—what a cheap practice!!!!! Ok it’s only 1 Hollyhock but how can I trust you now !!!!!!!!!!

As a returning customer, have ordered couple month ago peonies when they were on offer ( three roots ). Recently have received my box . Was quite disappointed to find three packets as advertised. Two packets contained good size roots when in third one found just two sticks…literally two 10 cm each sticks .

If I had received any bulbs I would write a review but, sadly, Evri failed to deliver them claiming the packaging was damaged. I am still waiting for the replacement order plus a second outstanding order placed shortly after the original order. Not the sort of service I was expecting when certain celebrity gardeners all rave about Farmer Gracy!

So many of the plants that I have purchased from Farmer Gracy have failed to grow at all despite using good quality manure I have been very disappointed over the past 4 years.

Sono delusa dei bulbi ricevuti perché sono di calibro inferiore rispetto a quanto indicato al momento dell’ordine. Non farò più ordini presso il vostro sito. I’m disappointed with the bulbs received because they are smaller in size than indicated when ordening. I will no longer shop on your site web.

Delivery took 3.5 weeks, poor communication and arrived crammed in a very small box. Only one of bulbs, bare roots and tubers I planted grew. Very disappointed.

Placed three orders all around £50 to £ 70 nearly all perennials. Found out from PayPal I had a partial refund! Nothing from FG . When I emailed I got a standard reply that May was a busy time as a gardening company they should be set up to cope this happens every year! Still no plants another email Again a standard email reply words for work the same as last one. Rang and told they are busy but plants should be on their way. Plants arrived in very dry peat like material. Planted out in my normal way. Most plants did not grow! Dug where one was plants to find mush! Made contact to be told to photograph planting site and send them in so they could check for signs of growth!!! My vision has no problems I can tell when there is not plant growing! Still awaiting reply but if the company does not trust a customer to know if plants are growing I despair. Photos show empty space where plants should be. I will not be ordering from FG again unless this is sorted sensibly. A standard apology and instruction to ring do not really work. Note: similar plants from a different company planted in same area are growing well.

I bought agapanthus Alack Buddhist 2 years ago. This year was the first time it flowered, and to my biggest disappointment it was just regular light blue colour. I don't mind paying extra for exclusive plants, however I expect good quality mature plants in return. Sadly this was not the case. Very dissapointing
