Very Disappointed with the bare root plants. The price I paid with delivery was just under £50. Not sure what the outcome will be will have to wait And see if they grow. I don’t think I shall be purchasing agen.

Confusing offer structure - deliberately to confuse and make you spread out orders. When I complained Really poor service. Only got part of double order so far so no idea of quality.NEVER USING AGAIN

On receiving my goods I have to say how very disappointing it was to open the cardboard box and find such poor quality plants your description on these plants made me make this purchase and considering how much I paid for these plants I think I would have been better off going to a local nursery. Bonjour, désolé mais la je craque déjà l'année dernière j'ai reçu des petits bulbes ou des pivoines toutes petites mais il y a 15j j'ai réceptionné vos raacine et bulbes qui n'étaient mais pas digne de vous et d'être planté. Terminé je ne ferais plus de commande chez vous. Cordialement Pascal Dupuy

Ordered mixed tulips as I have in previous years, and they are all coming out the same colour. Mostly yellow. In previous years there was a good mix of colours. Very disappointed

I bought over £50 worth of bare root plants, poppy and aquilegia. Evri took 10 days from receiving to delivering the order ,many had black pappy stems, from old green growth, 2 were actually non viable before being packed . I kept Farmer Gracy informed about non delivery three times and their only response was “we see you have now received your order”. I have other photos. Probably will not purchase again as this is the second time I’ve had a problem.

My iris arrived dry and dried I’m so sad 😭 the big dream turn a nightmare. I ordered 3 iris and just 1 a little green another 2 completely dry and died

Plants arrived and some of the bare rooted plants were of very poor quality and I dought if they will grow,the kniphofolas ,red hot pokers,the crowns were rotted,the astibllie was tiny,dought that I would buy from them again.first order ,very disappointed

Have been in contact with customer services regarding the very poor quality of the bare root perennials and nerine bulbs I ordered. Photographs sent, been offered some replacements but not enough to replace all the bad plants. I received literally scraps of geranium roots so tiny they were almost impossible to plant, rotting slimy papaver pieces and my paeony arrived in several broken off pieces. Truly appalling. The worst part of the order was the Nerine bulbs - over £33 worth - which are rubbish, soft bulbs with wet rotting tops where there should have been green shoots. Basically I was told I had planted them wrong (on the day after receipt)and the compost was too wet and they should be in virtually all gravel. Strange how I followed the instructions on FG's own website which said to plant in HEAVY compost or garden soil with the top of the bulbs proud of the surface and to then water them in?!? So it looks like £33 down the drain despite doing exactly as directed. Not much you can do with bad quality plants so I am not happy at all and will not order from FG again.

Delivery time…. 5 weeks. Delphiniums badly damaged on receipt. Their marketing and packaging is clever and beautiful so once you’ve been beguiled by their marketing, the goods should be shipped immediately and not arrived damaged! Won’t buy from this company again, I’d rather buy from local garden centres in the UK.

It was my first time buying from this supplier.....I ordered some lillies 3 which were all had a good root system and some green growth....I was so excited to get my Angels fishing rod....but I was so disappointed when I opened the bag to see the tiniest corn witch had no growth.....I thought if I potted it up it might have some chance....three weeks on and nothing....and I hate to say it probably never will amount to anything....I’m not so bothered by the 6.95 I paid for this miserable specimen.....I’m more upset about the plant...

The currier that was supposed to deliver my plants didn’t leave them as I wasn’t in so he took them away and left a note saying that they would be delivered four or five days later!!! I was going to be out of town then. I had to arrange for someone to get them after they were delivered and plant them temporarily until my return. The package obviously contained items that needed fairly prompt attention, so why he took them away to be delivered several days later is beyond me. I’m not sure the plants will survive! I would appreciate your comments.

Ik moest lang op mijn bestelling wachten omdat er eerst groei moest zijn voor verzending. Ik heb nergens een spoor van groei aangetroffen, niet bij de monarda's en niet bij de Dahlia knolletjes. Alleen aan de zonnehoed zat 1 piepklein scheutje. Jammer, de hoofdprijs betaald voor doorsnee producten, dat kan beter dames.

Not a problem with this company but the courier they use has had my delivery for 5 days now and I think the contents would have deteriorated .Cannot find an easy way to contact Farmer Gracy.
