Very dissapointed in the bare root Nelly Moser Clematis that I received, it is so small that it’s going to take years to become anything. Have never had a problem with anything from Farmer Gracy before. Have now bought a fully grown plant from Morrisons for £3.00 and it’s going up the arbour wonderfully

Ordered 3 packs of 5 bare root 2 was fine the last one was 2 rotten 1 vas no sign of life 1 missing and 1 fine Wrote a message with pictures but got no answer Would like 1 new sent

J'ai reçu le plant d'agapanthus Blush Pink et au bout de 3 jours de plantation, le plant est mort, tellement il était petit à sa réception. Il avait 3 petites feuilles de 3 cm de hauteur et elles ont pourri. Je voudrais recevoir un nouveau plant bien vivant avec des feuilles plus grandes. C'est une honte de vendre un tel plant à plus de 13 €. Dans l'attente de vous lire, cordialement.

While the inventory is attractive by the time you get your order the plants are the worst for ware . Evri are hopeless and for this reason I’ll not be dealing with Farmer Gracy again .

I have contacted customer service about the very poor quality of my bare root delphiniums and Lupinus which arrived yesterday The few shoots are white- must have been in the dark for a considerable time and most are broken- this is due to the poor packaging unlike your 1st class bulbs which are packaged with care🙁

Ordered six packs of dahlia tubers. On arrival, two only had one tuber in them and a third three tiny (half finger in length) shrivelled tubers. Unlikely to grow. Very substandard and an insult to supply a customer with such poor quality goods. Will not be using this company again.

I ordered 10 Hollyhock Roots they come in packs of Five one pack only had four roots in it, I got in touch with Farmer Gracy to point out the mistake only to be told we cannot supply one root they refunded the cost of one root which obviously was the easy option on their part. Their mistake but they end up the winners.

Very disappointed. Your advert for Nelly Moser shows a mature plant in full bloom.I did not expect this as your advert said it was a bare root.Your bare root that you sent was tiny and will take a long time to mature.

Hello, Clematis 'Nelly Moser' is supplied as a pip with a well-developed root system. These are small when supplied however they are a naturally vigorous plants. We recommend that these are potted up and grown on for a couple of months before planting out into the garden. Ich finde es beschämend, dass man für die Schweiz extrem hohe Versandkosten haben. Kein anderes Versandhaus verlangt soviel. Deutschland, Frankreich, Österreich liegen ja in unmittelbarer Nähe von uns. Die bezahlen für unter 50.- Bestellwert EUR 5.99, und wir sollen EUR 24.99 bezahlen! Das kann es nicht sein! So verzichte ich auf eine Bestellung.

Today I received my coral charm peony package. But very sorry to say nothing is there in the soil which came packed in plastic pack.. Searched every pages and packs..ordered 1bare root peony.. Didn’t expect empty soil..

Hugely disappointed. Ordered placed first week February for plants said to be in stock. Arrived third week March. Poor communication. Bulbs were minute in a loose bag of compost. Not grown and proved to be much more expensive than the garden centre.

I ordered 4 plants that took 4 weeks to arrive apparently from Holland, so very disappointed and disgusted with three of them, a clematis is just a bunch of fine roots in compost, no growing point at all. the other two are just small cuttings? not as advertised and still waiting for a response after forwarding photos etc. Customer Care disgraceful. Never again
