I think Farmer Gracy products are great but they have started using Evri formally Hermes for delivery. This is such a shame - still waiting for my bulbs / now uncertain if they will appear or the condition

the dahlias were approx 2 cm in length the width of a knitting needle. all had no sign of growth at all or were rotten. the hollyhocks were very poor but not so bad. out of the lot there were 3 in total that had an acceptable root system. absolute waste of money.

Part of my order of bulbs was affected by a fungal rot and not the correct amount I communicated this and get auto emails telling me how busy they are. Its my first time of ordering and my last. I've used Peter Nyssen for forty years any problems are promptly addressed with in a day or so and dealt with. After a week I still get marketing emails from farmer Gracy ever other day if not every day but no answer to my complaint.

Received 6 salvia bare rooted. Only 2 showed any sign of life and are just about developing. The other 4 have disappeared without trace. Very disappointed.

Have received your dahlias and waited until today to inform you they are all dormant. A refund is not necessary but would be interested to know if anyone else has had this problem, Regards, Cyril Allen

Very disappointed, out of the £36 worth of plants I received 2 hollyhocks, 1 lupin and I other plant were viable. Time will tell if these remnants flourish but not hopeful

I thought I found the perfect nursery to get plants from but the other day I received what I think is the wrong plant. I contacted them twice by email and although they say they’d reply writhing two working day I still have had no assistance!!

I ordered 3 roots, got them all too early in mid march delivered to Finland , all died. I got 2 new roots , when I complained, they also died. I am so disappointed.

My order arrived in a seriously damaged box with all plants tossed about inside . I have sent four e mails and had no response . I have ordered from other online suppliers and have never had problems . . . or they have been dealt with swiftly and uncomplicatedly . Sadly I cannot recommend.

Very disappointed, bulbs came the wrong colour. Should have been white with red centre. Ended up only 4 taken and lavender parrot style. The hollyhocks were dying, only 1 of the roots (out of 5) seem to be ok. The Guam (2 ordered) 1 was dying the other has been planted. Fingers crossed will take. Normally really happy with the plants….maybe because I brought them at a discount and free postage. Slightly put off buying sight unseen.

Tried to get in touch via email, but your email system dosent work. I purchased three white feather hostas in feb. Arrived ok, bare rooted plants. Followed instructions, all seemed fine until 2wks ago then all three died off! Any ideas why? Really disappointed as these were really unusual plants which I loved.

I have bought quiet a few plants etc at least 75 pounds not one has shown any sign of growing,also bulbs have put a peak above the ground do not think I will be purchasing any more ,unhappy.

Kam alles nach etwas Zeit schön verpackt an, jedoch ist KEINE der 8 Bulbs aufgegangen, sondern es sind alle nach kürzester Zeit vergammelt. Sie kamen schon in einem nicht so schönen Zustand mit teilweise Schimmel an den Knollen an - aber die Hoffnung stirbt zuletzt… naja sehr schade und hatte ich so noch nie, das wirklich nichts etwas geworden ist. Werde nicht noch einmal bestellen und schade um das Geld halt.

Useless organisation. Customer care does not exist and the courier service they contract DPD is useless as well. They send the parcel to the wrong adres whereas I updated the adres well before shipment, no one takes responsibility! Crap!

I ordered 11 hosta (plants) all that arrived were bags of soil and roots. It will take months to get anything like a plant 🪴 out of this load of rubbish. Won’t be ordering anything from this company again!
