Am I the only person who has had a problem? I ordered three Hydrangeas at a cost of £12ea plus delivery. Total £46. They arrived. Size extremely small, poor quality and almost not viable, they look like four inch ‘sticks’. I purchased three. Two for presents and one for me. The quality is so poor I was embarrassed to give them as gifts. They are not worth £12.each. Less than half that cost is more appropriate. I, regretfully, will not buy from the company again.

Well packed and looked good. The only serious problem is that you use Evri who knock at door and disappear before you can get delivery.

Disappointed the length of time i took to get my order even though they where order in December 24 was advertised I receive my order by end of February 25 I had to phone several times in order to get my order put unto the shipment there was no communication from the company at all To be fair only I spoke to a customer services lady called Sue and she got my order marked as priority All I say here I should not have had to phone and there should been better communication with me as a customer if order was going to be late dispatched even if all items not available what was there should been posted to me and then the rest of order could been posted at a later date after all Farmer Gracey had been holding my money since December 24 I do not think I use this company again

I ordered 5 dahlias, only one of which was a decent size. The one that I really wanted, Kick Off, was so poor and was just a twig! Very disappointing

Very disappointed with my order, ordered amaryllis for Xmas only one flowed the rest doing nothing.also bought iris and crocus and very poor.waiting to see what the tulips will do.bought amaryllis from Lidl and much better.

I received a Feline Yvonne as a gift yesterday and it was in very poor condition, the slips were not attached to the main corm, it was very dry and no stem at all to help position it in the soil. I have planted it but am not hopeful it will grow

Hello, Dahlia tubers can be quite fragile and during harvest they can suffer light damage. Bent tubers which appear cracked where they join the neck are common and this won't usually have an impact on the performance of the plant. If you wish to provide some photographs of the tubers in question, we can then asses them and offer reassurance regarding growth or arrange replacements if necessary. Hello, Hostas typically take 2-3 years to establish to full size, they are deciduous and naturally die back for winter. If your hostas produced leaves last year, they will grow back this year and should be larger. I ordered Dahlia Tubers, which I expected the shipping date to coincide with planting, but no!!! shipped mid January when I can do nothing with them, very unhappy with this service, and won't be returning in the future.

The ranunculus corms have been in really bad shape ( ways too small, broken and damaged by mice). Especially the pink variety. When approaching customer service I have been told that it’s beyond the recommended period to store them before planting and it’s not their problem . ( I have ordered in fall and planting since then into February for succession planting. ) Very disappointing

Poor quality and poor customer care response: I bought 7 dahlia tubers which on opening them up were small and of poor quality. The first 2 or 3 were usable (but not great). The worst ones were Thomas Edison and Mexican Star but there were further 2 or 3 which I would be surprised if they produce healthy plants. As I was in the garden with pots, compost and labels at the ready, I took photo's and went ahead and planted them. When I then emailed them to the "care" team I was disappointed by the response - they are re-sending a replacement Mexican Star but because the Thomas Edison is out of stock they said they would be able to replace it and offered no refund or alternative variety.

Dahlia tubers can be quite fragile and during harvest they can suffer light damage. Bent tubers which appear cracked where they join the neck are common and this won't usually have an impact on the performance of the plant. With regards to the dahlia that is now out of stock, in cases such as these, we can supply an alternative variety, generate a credit note or process a refund. I have been a loyal customer over the last few years. Bit that means nothing to them. Misleading images and guildance online. White Amarylis Supplied when advertised as Lemon/Cream. No Customer loyalty “stating bulbs are non returnable. Hardly surprising after a 70% failure on last seasons dahlias. Should have known better before ordering. You live and learn. Would not order anything again.

Hello, We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the colour of your Amaryllis. As plants are a natural product and adapt to their conditions (due to light levels, soil type, moisture etc) they can vary in appearance slightly when compared with the images shown on our website. With regards to your dahlias, we are sorry to hear that you have had a poor success rate this year. There are numerous factors that can affect the growth that are out of our control. The customer care team have refunded these dahlias when the matter was queried back in May. Please note that if you are planting dahlias while there’s still a risk of frost (which is until around early May for UK and similar climates) we recommend they are potted up and grown in a frost free location. I placed an order for several products. In all of them, several bulbs came dry or rotten, and one package in particular came full of bugs. It brought an infestation of mealybugs and now I'm afraid that the bugs are on other plants in my house... Check carefully what you receive. I will not order from this page again.

The delivery and packaging was good. I ordered 3 white hosta ant Polianthes tuber to Farmer Gracy. But the hostas where not white one of them that one was not white either. Few of Polianthes tubers grew for the first year and I got the the refund for the ones that didn’t grow. But I didn’t get even one flower from them not in the first year and not after 2-3 years.So it was wast of my money and my time .

Hello, The white feather hosta changes as the season progresses. The white foliage increasingly turns green, with the colour changing first at the leaf veins, then spreading outwards. Please be advise that Polianthes won't flower in the first year, unless planted quite early in spring in warm conditions, but they should start flowering from the second year onwards if they are protected from frost over winter.
