Hello, Compared to previous years, the roots were pretty poor, and in the order prior to the current order, the condition of the roots was such that I had to throw them in the trash. Raymond Weinberger

I am afraid the dahlia corms i received were of a very poor quality, dry and shrivelled. I have potted them but i am not very confident of a positive result. I must add that this is unusual as previous purchases have been very good.

Hello, We are sorry to hear that there are concerns regarding the tubers received. Dahlia tubers can be quite fragile and during harvest they can suffer light damage. Bent tubers which appear cracked where they join the neck are common and this won't usually have an impact on the performance of the plant. Hello I am very disappointed with the delphiniums, it looks like only 3 are going to grow They were all potted up in fresh compost and kept frost free but most have no signs of life

Was totally not what I expected, after waiting 2months for them to arrive I basically got roots with 1inch of plant growth for the money I'm very disappointed

Unfortunately some were damaged… the shoots knocked off and two were mouldy. Other bare root plants ordered previously have either rotted or died. So not too happy. Will not use Farmer Gracie again…. Or recommend

I purchased three 'Lollipop' verbena bonariensis in December. I followed all the instructions and have had the roots in pots in a greenhouse but there is absolutely no sign of any of the plants shooting. As my other verbena bonariensis are shooting I am assuming these plants are not viable.

I received all the bulbs, I’ve ordered. However, some of them are rotten. I’m disappointed, but I hope that some of the bulbs will turn out all right.

Clematis bare root New Love purchased and planted yesterday as instructed. At first I thought I’d been sent a packet of soil so small was the bare root. However it has been planted so will wait to see if it comes up. I must say I’m not confident but I have recorded my concerns here.

Ordered bare root plants unfortunately they were kept at the local Evri depot for 7 days before they were delivered looked rather dried up on arrival. I’ve soaked them for hours and planted them in pots and I’ll see what happens, so I can’t actually comment on how they survived yet.

I'm concerned about the mixed quality of bulbs and bare roots in my order. The dahlia tubers I received were very old and dusty. Likewise, I ordered six bare roots of echinacea mellow yellows. Three of the roots appear healthy and robust, the other three appear shriveled.

very poor plants on last delivery a couple of shortages with the lupin and hollyhocks. some of these were broken poorl packed i fear nothing tdo with shipping . I really did expect a lot better from you after all previous purchases have been fine .. dissapointed M.G.
