We ordered 48 bare rooted Liriope. When they were arrived they were wrapped in plastic without any ventilation, and looked like they had been like that for some days as the foliage was yellow and rotting. They are of course bare rooted plants so we're hoping that as we put them in the ground the day they arrived they will survive, but to be honest we did expect them to be in better condition.

I ordered and received 7 Dahlia tubers, when we planted three were in poor condition, Feline Yvonne, Cafe au lait Royal and sweet Nathalie. The roots of the tubers were broken

Hello, We're sorry to hear that there are concerns regarding the condition of some of your dahlias. Dahlia tubers can be quite fragile and during harvest they can suffer light damage. Bent tubers which appear cracked where they join the neck are common and this won't usually have an impact on the performance of the plant. So far not particularly happy with products as they seem in poor condition, however i will wait to see if they improve, if not i will be back in touch for further consideration for replacement or refund.

I don't know what the outcome will be, but the lead times are long compared to your competitors. The worst thing is that 2 of the 7 dahlias were broken. One had only one bulb left and the other none. I don't know if they will grow properly. At the price they're being sold for, that's not right.

Ordered a musa basjoo. Looked sickly and blackened . Not viable I think. Also ordered three dahlia bulbs . Two were of good size . One was not , about half the size of the others.

My daughter bought me this for a present, I carefully planted it in a pot and kept it in the cool greenhouse until mid April, it now looks dead and I’m so disappointed as I’ve taken such care of it .

I ordered dahlia bulbs and two of the bulbs were just turned to dust the other three were ok I have planted them let’s see what happens

This is the second time I have received poor quality Oriental Poppy roots. Two out of the six will undoubtedly never produce anything other than compost. Everything else was great.

Plant arrived well packaged but on opening the package I was disappointed with the contents, the plant looked poorly, one shoot and that looked like it was hanging on for dear life!! None of the roots looked alive, I can only hope now I have potted it up it will grow!! Very disappointed.

Whilst the package was delivered as advised. As I ordered 4no plants that were described as having 5no plug plants in each package I was shocked to find that infact when planting into pots as recommended I could only find what looked like 2no plants on each with plenty of soil and roots. These are now planted but I am concerned that these will not grow as I had hoped.

Very poor clematis for the price, same with hollyhocks. Not happy at all, I have used farmer Gracy for some years and recommended to friends, but last few orders have been very disappointing.

Normally very good, but latest order turned up as a bag of smelly clothes rather than the plants I bought. I realise this may not be the fault of FG and they did immediately re-send my order (still awaiting it's delivery), but maybe they should reconsider the courier company they use (Evri) if this is their fault

20 bareroot hollyhocks ordered, on receipt, 5 were rotten (25%!). Complained and 4 replacements were sent(?) of which 3 were rotten! Another replacement is on its way but I don't hold out much hope. Very poor quality, despite supposedly being checked on packing, should not have been sent out.

the lilly bulb was small i guess i have to order much earlier so i do not get second grade in fact all the bulb was small.
