The plants were ordered in December and didn’t arrived until March 26th. Some were in poor condition and were so small I would say they will not survive. I had to follow up the order myself to see where they were and in the end were delivered to the wrong house. On the whole not a very good experience. Linda Gill

Ordered three items.. Two of the items are fine. The third is supplied so small that it won't flower for years. I contacted you regards this and was fobbed off as "that's the way it is". I explained that I wouldn't purchase again if this was the case. No reply was sent to this..

First delivery of bare roots and pack of 30 bulbs ( mid March) Bare roots were ok but 6 of the bulbs were mouldy. Pics sent with email, I was refunded £1.13. Second order ( sent before my first arrived) for 3 bare roots of echinacea , roots of poor quality and the small amount of growth on 2 was damaged/ broken. No growth at all on 3rd. Very disappointing, I expected better for the price. Won’t be ordering again.

Déçue à la réception de ma commande, tubercule de dahlia cassé, plante à racine nue avec une végétation déjà avancée tiges et feuilles et malgré ma réclamation, selon Farmer Gracy tout est normal !

Bonjour, Merci pour votre avis. Les tubercules de dahlia peuvent être assez fragiles et lors de la récolte, ils peuvent subir de légers dommages. Les tubercules courbés qui semblent fissurés à l'endroit où ils rejoignent le col sont courants et cela n'a généralement pas d'impact sur les performances de la plante. Si des dahlias semblent gravement endommagés, avec plusieurs tubercules cassés à peine attachés, veuillez nous contacter afin que nous puissions organiser d'autres remplacements pour vous. En ce qui concerne la croissance des racines nues, cela n'affectera pas la plantation ou la croissance. Very poor quality perennials, six of which have no new growth at all and are unlikely to grow. The rest of the perennials were not good either but have some new growth and might live. Two lots of bulbs I received seem ok.

I’ve never had any complaint before. However, when I removed the plants from their bag I couldn’t believe there were 10 pips of Lily of the Valley, but there were. Mere threads with roots so minimal that I fear not one with thrive. Shall l keep you informed? I am planting in pots today.

I ordered 3 plants which came packaged lovely. Bare rooted plants so I potted them on immediately. 2 out of the 3 looked sad and dead. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However they both shortly died . Very disappointing.

I took delivery of 3 Sidalcea, 3 Aquilegia & 3 Pennisetum grass bare rooted plants none of which looked very healthy! The roots were bleached white & the growing tip of 1 of the sidelcea had been knocked off. 2 of the 3 sidelcea are recovering as are the Aquilegia but don't hold out much hope for the pennisetum. Vedisappointed...

Two Dalihas were excellent but the third one Lindsay Michelle was very small and when I unpacked it two pieces of the tuber were still in the packet so this made it even more disappointing. Not your usual quality.

The bare root plants arrived yesterday. They had started to sprout but looked very white/yellow and sickly. I have potted them up but was rather disappointed - we shall see how they do. Also I only received two echinops veitch’s blue instead of 3.

Each pack I purchased was delivered short - 13 or 14 bulbs instead of 15. I'm now bombarded with emails with offers for more bulbs. I've asked to be taken off distribution lists and this has been confirmed, however, I am still receiving multiple messages.
