Disappointed with the Lady in Red ferns, I thought they would have been more substantial. They were just root with very little bulk

The anemone corms were as expected and have been planted, so we will see how good they are. I bought 25 hollyhock bare roots which honestly, left a lot to be desired. I had the same issue with Rudbeckia last year, none of which survived nor came through this year. I thought I would give Gracy another go but I will never purchase again. I was able to buy hollyhock plants (6-8inch plants) (not bare roots) in 3 inch pots from ASDA. These were 3 for £5 and of superior quality and full plants. I will stick with ASDA next year. Sorry Gracy.....not up to scratch.

Banana plants may survive, the tricyrtis will definitely not. Arrived in a very poor condition.

Unfortunately took a really long time to arrive and more than half look like they’ve died in transit. I’ve planted them and we will see what happened. I don’t think I will be buying bare root plants from here again. I’ve bought bulbs before and they did better

Thank you for replacing the plant that was dead on arrival the one that was sent is just as bad. the people who are picking the orders want to look what they are sending. My opinion is i have wasted my money on plants that are not fit for purpose .If i could load the pictures i would send it to you . Once again thank you for your time in sending the replacement which i think is a lost cause for growing ..Regards John

Bought bare root plants spent a lot of money they came up the first year but aren't coming back this year looks like all died except for 2 or 3, messaged them several times by email and Facebook but got no reply back, Begonias are doing well do.

Literally no instructions for individual plants, just had to plant them and hope for the best. Not good after paying thirty five pounds.

I wouldn’t use this company to supply my plants again. If the tracking information is correct they arrived at the delivery depot 2 days after dispatch. It was a further 7 days until they were actually delivered to me. The plants will probably survive but of course they would have been in much better condition if they hadn't been sat at the final delivery depot for 7 days.

I’ve had several boxes from Farmer Gracy with varying degrees of success. One box was completely destroyed but the plants survived. Some of the plants have failed to grow at all despite being planted correctly and in a greenhouse. Clematis New Love has so far done nothing after 4 weeks. Probably dead? So a mixed success. I’m not sure I’ll use them again.

I received x3 peony roots and 1 had root rot. Hopefully the 2 that looked ok won’t have root rot too as I ordered 3 of the same peony roots .

I ordered two dahlias. One was adequate but the other only had two small tubers and a dead top off an old plant (see attached photo). I don’t feel that this is fair for the price paid.

We ordered 48 bare rooted Liriope. When they were arrived they were wrapped in plastic without any ventilation, and looked like they had been like that for some days as the foliage was yellow and rotting. They are of course bare rooted plants so we're hoping that as we put them in the ground the day they arrived they will survive, but to be honest we did expect them to be in better condition.
