Some of the tubers were very small, and in one packet there should have been three but only two tubers were sent, The packaging was very good but some of the bear routs had stared growing.

The first lord lieutenant anonimie and white anonimie.which I bought Only one corn opened . Out of Twenty but did not complain as I thought they were a bit late to pop up in spring. So was not impressed. I’ve bought some more hoping they open. Photo shows one that opened

I ordered for summer flowers last year abs only a few flowered. I then ordered spring bulbs and have very few coming through. I I am hoping the dahlia order fairs better. This was a very expensive few flowers and I reeky don't think I will be ordering any more. I am really sad. Senga C.

I'm a bit annoyed with the packaging, as 3 of my different orders, we're bagged in incorrectly labeled bags. I'm just hoping they are actually what I ordered.

I have ordered a large number of bulbs, tubers and bare roots over the last year. They have been a bit hit and miss, but the bulbs I ordered this winter have been very disappointing. Most arrived covered in aphids and a significant number were rotten.

Order accepted 7th November but just received message from you saying expect it in 7-10 days from now! That is too slow. Evri are very bad at delivering to us. We often have reason to complain, fingers crossed the bulbs arrive.

Out of the 5 paperwhite bulbs I ordered, 1 looks dead. I will wait and see if it grows but it doesn't look like it will. The other 4 bulbs look healthy.

I ordered fritillaria meleagris "alba" and received a mixed consignment of white and purple. Otherwise the remainder of the order looks OK.

Generally the common dry roots and tubers grew ok. I had great success with some of the Dahlias and all begonias, all green hostas, but nothing at all grew with the phlox, echinacea, astrantia, all grasses, geum, half the geranium, aquilegia ruby port, nora barlow and pink petticoat, astilbe, heliopsis and helenium. I have planted the bulbs but nothing yet has shown, this is to be expected as it is early.

I had 2 orders, the second of geraniums and kniphofia were good plants. The first order was poor. The achillea and agastache were in little pieces. I complained and you immediately sent replacements. This time the achillea were somewhat better but again the agastache were broken into small pieces and ended up on the compost heap.Maybe this may be due to the post. I am unlikely to buy bare root plants again.

Hello, The bulbs of the large varieties of allium, such as 'Globemaster', will all have one flat side - this is caused by the way the bulbs grow and multiply. The total order smells of cannabis and is so strong it is making me feel unwell. I have never experienced this before and trust it won’t happen again. The package is now in my shed as I feel most unwell! Such a shock!

Hello, Most large allium varieties, such as 'Globemaster', will have a flat side - this is due to the way that the bulbs multiply. Your bulb should produce a fantastic flower next spring however if you have any concerns about it of if it seems damaged, please send a photo of it to customercare@farmergracy.com and we'll be happy to check it and replace if necessary. Bulbs are ok. However customer service doesn’t answer the question asked. Main problem was that my confidential credit details had been retained by them as order went through without me putting them in. This included my 3 figure security number. Other problem is they use Hermes for delivery. I was given half hour notice of delivery. Lucky I was in! Sadly for these reasons I won’t be using Farmer Gracy again.

Three out of ten bulbs rotten is not a good ratio of quality… ok you are replacing but not what one would expect from your advertising … all bulbs selecting carefully.., really?
