My first purchase, and sadly my last. Bulbs arrived mouldy and in very poor condition. Replacement sent, but equally as bad. I don’t hold out much hope for the bulbs I have planted. I thought I was buying quality, £20 spent, I could have bought much better quality locally for much less and been able to chose my bulbs myself.

most of the plants did not thrive at all, many including expensive ones did not grow at all, a lot of money wasted and very little to show for it. When plants did grow they were very weak.

It says on Evri delivered to secure place ref number H003AA0000541902 - not received checked around our house nothing! So that is why graded as such - delivery no photo provided just gps map.

I am very disappointed with your service. I was told my order was delivered through my letter box, but the photo WASN'T my door. I have ordered many times from you but won't be again. You need to sort Evri out and use another company Unsatisfied customer C Palmer

Bulbs were well packed, and all information is clear on every package - type of bulb, height, correct spacing, etc Information leaflets included are beautifully illustrated. I was delighted to receive my bulbs!

Disappointed to say I had ordered root cutting for peonies and geraniums. I think 4 plants in total. One of them was already just a dried out broken stick by the time it arrived. Possibly not ideal to send root cuttings through the post. Needless to say none of them took!

I have always been delighted with the plants I got from you but this year I ordered 2 packs of lupins and they didn't look good in the pack buy I still planted them full of hope but I'm afraid not one of them grew. This has never happened before so thanks for all the good stuff .

Tubers have rotten, been delivers with gaul and the remaining few have never flowered. An absolute waste of money!

I spent a long time working out my order for bulbs only to find out at the payment stage that I was going to be charged £5.99 shipping costs to Northern Ireland and could not use the free p&p as advertised. This seems very unfair so I cancelled my order and unsubscribed from your e mails

BEWARE - unsatisfactory plants and no customer care I am not in the habit of writing poor public reviews, I will always reach out to the company to address any dissatisfaction that I have experienced so that they have the opportunity to put things right. However, I have emailed Farmer Gracy customer care FOUR times now and not had a single response. So, I am now writing a poor public review to warn other consumers and also see if that is the way to get a response from the company. I purchased around £100 worth of bulbs earlier this year, eager to plant them in my newly designed and landscaped garden. But unfortunately, less than half of the 70 bulbs purchased have grown! Apart from being severely disappointed at wasting my money, my beautiful new garden now looks patchy and messy rather than vibrant and flourishing. I had put my faith in Farmer Gracy to deliver me good quality bulbs that would look stunning, but I have been incredibly let down and the lack of customer care has been quite astonishing and not acceptable. Consequently, I would definitely not buy from Farmer Gracy in the future.

I ordered cannas and begonias from Farmergracy, they arrived I grew them only to find that the Deluxe Begonias I ordered are in fact Yellow begonias. Not at all what I ordered. Contacted Farmergracy theyv’e come back and said that the flowers will change colour!!!!, the fact the begonias are Yellow small flowers not 2 coloured and haven’t got frilly edges to the flowers doesn’t really matter. They keep saying the flowers will change colour (I can’t see that happening). I will not be ordering from them again and I wouldn’t recommend them.

Farmer gracy are a typical company these days never replied to my complaints about their not supplying plants just empty plastic bags with soil in them and other plant roots that just rotted away. Terrible company that has sales and will sell out of certain items but will just supply empty bags or put something dead in them.

I’ve bought lots of plants and bulbs over the years from you and they’ve generally been great. I was disappointed though that the Colocasia 'Black Magic' bulb did not even break the surface. I did everything right according to the planting guide and kept it in a cool part of the greenhouse. I even asked one grower at the Harrogate Flower Show for advice. He said they are a tough bulb, give it time, so I did. Still nothing. Yesterday I bit the bullet and turned out the pot, the bulb was just mush. At nearly £10 for one bulb, it’s not something I expected.
