Hello, I am very disappointed with the delivery of the plants I bought. My purchase was made the 31th of March and was delivered the 23rd of April because the 17th we were not at home as it was a holiday week. The plants delivered were in a very bad state, I have planted them but I doubt they will do well. Best, Virginia Figueras

Disappointed! The bulbs arrived in a big box, all but the dahlias in thin plastic bags. The delphiniums were shooting but in half of the packets the shoots were broken off. There was far too much room in the box with no wrapping or padding, so they obviously had been tossed about. No response from customer service so far….

I am yet to receive my order. Very little response from Customer Services, despite contacting them 4 times! This company was recommended to me by a friend, I wish I hadn’t ordered from them, nothing but hassle. If the plants do arrive, I’ve no doubt they will be dead. I’m very disappointed.

I was very disappointed. There was one tiny root that just looked like ordinary grass. So different from the advertised product

Did not get the plants I ordered and paid for. Emailed and requested that Farmer Gracy supplied the correct plants and still not received a reply ! Poor Show.

Bought the geranium breeders mix last year. No mix at all, they were all the same variety of geranium. Wouldn't bother with them again.....

The "pips" were barely found in the bags of compost . I had to borrow glasses to find them.Even then ,some of them were disintegrated and with others ,I couldn't see any shoot,only roots.

VERY DISSAPOINTED, 76 BULBS ORDERED, HALF SOFT(ROTTEN), OTHERS HARD AND SHRIVELED, MUST BE "OLD" STOCK, A VERY BAD ISSUE WITH F,G, PROBABLY NOT PAYING FOR QUALITY CONTROL, NOT A "HAPPY" BUNNY!!! DAVE WILFORD.

Haven't received my parcel, apparently it was left at the bottom of our drive last night but no sign of it when I went down to look and we were both here with a clear view of the front door!!! Very disappointed as it has taken ages for them to arrived look forward to a credit.
