Rather disappointed with no response to my recent complaint. Hollyhock roots were VERY. Poor … treated with great care in my greenhouse. No good. Like your response . Aggrieved. M.G.

Extremely slow dispatch, even when it says it’s dispatched it’s not handed to courier for several days.

Ordered 6 Dahlia tubers, potted up and put in the greenhouse, along with 12 tubers from my garden display last year. All of my old tubers well on their way, new tubers from F. G no sign of life at all. Very Very disappointed, have contacted company but no response. Will not order again.

3 out of the 4 Dahlias I bought have not developed any kind of signs of life. The were all of the Cafe au Lait variety. I “reached out” via the contact link but not response. I won’t order again I will go to Sarah Raven.

I didn't receive the white feather that was pictured, the trailing flower called Ruby, had been replaced with 2 roses one of which was dead and the other is very week. Altogether disappointing

I waited for the package for weeks. I wrote to explain i was away for the last week in April. Received an acknowledgement but no reply. 2 days later received an email to say plants were on their way. We were in Cornwall. Given a window of 2-8 days. Eventually Evri said they would deliver on 30th April. We weren't back until 2nd May. Arranged parcel to be delivered to neighbours. Late on 30th April told parcel had arrived. Tracking photo showed a grey parcel bag being shoved into our letterbox which was now broken. This had no connection to our package and was not actually in the letterbox when we arrived home. Instead the large box of plants had been left on our doorstep. The temperature was 27°C that day. We arrived home 5pm 2nd May. I doubt any of the £70 worth of plants will thrive. Shockingly bad service and communication at every level. Tracking no H003AA0008651080.

I have no problem with your bulbs they are fine but your bare root plants are terrible I will never buy them again These plants received yesterday are definitely not going to grow

I didn’t receive what I ordered I got a different order which was only for 3 items when I had order a lot more different things. I have emailed a complaint hooking to get a full refund as I don’t want to wait another could of weeks to get my order

The alstromeiria arrived with the two shoots broken off. I have planted the roots as instructed but do not think the plant will survive. There is no point in sending a photo, as there is nothing to see!

The Hostas I received were not the same kind as on you picture, the other plant ordered was definitely not what I ordered, I received what look like roses one died on planting and the other very week plant. Dissapointed

Hello, I am very disappointed with the delivery of the plants I bought. My purchase was made the 31th of March and was delivered the 23rd of April because the 17th we were not at home as it was a holiday week. The plants delivered were in a very bad state, I have planted them but I doubt they will do well. Best, Virginia Figueras
