I hope you can help me.I have an order from you I hope coming to me via Hermes..FG293844....Hermes tracking number8933376919301664.Hermes emailed me to say they would deliver on `Sunday 22.2.21...then later emailed to say they had a problem locating my address and would contact me again this they failed to do.My address is easy to find...indeed Hermes and all other couriers deliver to me all the time....I do hope my order from you has not gone astray.thank you...(My home telephone number is 01473 780781 if you need to call me)

Hello, Our shipping season for summer bulbs begins in late February and we deal with the earliest orders of the season first. All orders for summer bulbs will be shipped between late February and May at the correct time for planting. Orders placed in mid February will be shipped around mid March. The flower bulbs were dead on arrival. Like actually dead. I messaged the site about it and they didn’t even reply. Very disappointed.

Asked a question several days ago re tubers I bought ,and havnt had a reply .Also when you click to send an email nothing appears ! Wanted to know why tubers I bought last year and put in large pots ,are not showing any signs of life , very disappointed at customer service ☹️

We ordered a number of items at the end of December 2020. Yesterday, 8 weeks after we ordered - and paid -for these items we received an email from farmer gracy telling us that a significant part of our order is not available. We are now to pay postage for a much reduced order and we have asked farmer gracy to refund the postage costs in the circumstances where they are unable to fulfil our order- they have refused to do this. We then asked them to cancel our order as we do not want to pay disproportionate postage costs in relation to the items we would now receive - they have refused to do this. Farmer gracy have advised us to return the items when we receive them for a refund - so they are willing to refund postage costs for our receipt and return (2ways) - but not one way. Nonsense logic - we shall not be using them again.

Occasionally there can be a crop failure of a particular variety, which means that we are unable to include that item when we send your order - we cannot send bulbs which we find not to be viable when it comes to packing. To avoid a delay we issue a refund for the variety and we send the remaining items in your order. If you would like to order anything else in place of the item which couldn't be fulfilled, we can arrange to send that to you with free postage. All the best, Farmer Gracy Customer Care

My son bought them for mother's day because they look so beautiful. Planted in one pot and they never came up apart onne that was blind. Since then my son has died and I have no rememberence of that.

le compre un pedido de nardos rosa y blancos una cantidad importante tienen dos tamaños en la altura de las varas la primera70-80 la otra 28-32 cosa que no comunican pero mandan la mas pequeña produciendo un perjuicio muy importante pues la diferencia de tamaño es total mente nefasta

Hola, Los polianthes suelen crecer hasta 70-80 cm / 28-32" (pulgadas), pero puede depender de las condiciones de crecimiento, incluida la cantidad de sol que reciben y la calidad del suelo. Normalmente, cada bulbo producirá una flor a partir del final del verano. Farmer Gracy Customer Care

I did not sign up to receive these marketing/feedback emails - so why are you sending them? The bulbs I ordered from you may turn out to be great - who knows yet? But bombarding me with emails asking for feedback just means you’ll lose a good customer. This form insists that I 'rate' you - so one star for unwanted junk emails. I wouldn’t have left this review but you did ask!

Bought 3 Amaryllis bulbs 2 of which had started to flower the stems being about 10 cms.These were broken on arrival and will not flower as bulbs were not enclosed in wrapping.Should not have been shipped if starting to flower.Bulbs not being kept at correct temperature before shipping.Compensation of £8 not satisfactory

Nicely packaged, quick delivery. Disappointed with 5 out of the 15 allium bulbs delivered - some were broken, one was rotten, and the ‘perfect partners’ that I ordered were not separated... I did not know which was Mount Everest or Gladiator alliums.
